BookSaver, I have not heard that washcloth thing - I'll remember that. Seems like my dmother mentioned something like that in my childhood.
they have sat there so long, that I almost don't see them
Lilac, that is a trick of clutter, for sure - camouflage. That's why sometimes it's good to have someone else talk to us about our homes, or to see photographs and have our eyes opened to what's in the photo that's not in our vision!
The other house had 4 flower beds. This one has none and I plan to keep it that way.
Today's Morning Daily Card's laundry was 3 small loads: my ddad's plaid pjs and 2 of dd's mock 2-piece tops of dark, vivid color over mock white under-tops. (I will NEVER buy that type again! I had to change my laundry up to try to protect those white necklines from other items that would have washed fine with the main color.) This feels great, to have conquered Mt. Washmore to the point I'm down to little oddity loads. Hurray!
I am (we are) still in the master bed/bath for declutter and focus, so I knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing for another half-hour after MDCard! Another Hurray!
Breakfast was a lovely omelet and I flipped it like a pro, so what a nice day!
Actually, it is SO rainy, though. Makes me wonder if it plans to stop because it has that 40/40 look to it out there.
