this is a bad forecast here. A parfait layering of freezing rain, accumulating snow, and ice, and there's a difference of opinion in which order

Dd and I went out to the grocery store, so that could hold us if needed, for several days to a week. Might not have done so much, but dcousin on phone was insistent to get enough groceries in the house now.
She will get in a make-up day tomorrow, and have only one to still make up. But undoubtedly they will miss more following.
Kathryn, I hope you can figure out the clothing puzzle. You do need to have your feet warm, primarily, I would think.

Lynlee, I've just got to feel sorry for that lady's neighbors and wonder what faults she finds with them. So glad to hear you are pm-ing back and forth with Kathryn.
I tried on different pairs of jeans today, which will be the next sizes down. At least I'll have something to wear. 
DH is making buttermilk pancakes, so we'll finish off the buttermilk, rather than waste it.
