Done:
- dw unloaded and reloaded
- window in the kitchen + windowsill swiped
- 2 toilets swished
- swiped mirror in main bathroom
- towels sitting in laundry room have been folded and put away
- MBR bed stripped
- mattress pad is washing; the new one that came with the queen size foam is never going to fit a queen size bed. What on earth were they thinking? --It is possible dh bought it independently and didn't think about the size of our bed.
- clothes from drying rack put away
- one load of laundry has been washed and is now drying
- QT
It feels good to take a stab at some of these things, even if they're not done perfectly.
I'm off to get ready for my classes this afternoon. A walk/jog may not happen. . . It would be nice if I had the butternut squash for dinner prepped before I leave.

Re: Take Care of it - Tuesday
Woke up with a migraine headache this am. So I'm moving pretty slowly.
I'm making up a big pan of lasagna today to see how much the recipe makes and how it tastes. I will be making enough for the whole family on Dec. 27. That 12 kids and grandkids, my sister and brother, DH's sister and niece plus anyone else that shows up. I want something easy to prepare ahead and the gal that gave me the recipe says it freezes unbaked very well. With green salad and garlic bread it should be good.
Then for after church I will have made ahead pulled pork and sloppy joes with deli potato salad and coleslaw. Breakfast will be on their own and the rest of the meals will be leftovers or take out.
So far I have the meat browned and it is draining and cooling.
I am now going to take some more headache pills and close my eyes for awhile. TTFN

Quick ci before I have to s2s for the nursing home visit.
Just wanted to offer a sincere apology if I've said too much on religious topics here lately. I know I HAVE -- so it's not really an IF about it. But I do apologize for anything I've said that offended anyone in any way. We are such a wonderfully ACCEPTING group that sometimes I forget we are also a very DIVERSE group.
And I love you ALL!!!
Okay, that's all I have to say about that... In the words of Forrest Gump.
MUST s2s....

Making progress, I took care of that list and took dmacs for a walk. One of the other calls that wasn't on that round called me so that's off the list. Going to take an ibuprofen and give myself a little down time now.

It's a good thing paperwork isn't a taboo subject. I'd have very little to say!
Thanks for the wonderful breakfast here.
Well, I haven't eaten any thing yet. I woke up feeling crappy and tired. So I was lounging around the house the middle of the morning when someone came by for a check. I threw on clothes as quickly as I could and caught him just as he was walking off the porch. Usually they call before they come, but he said he couldn't get DH on his phone... well he should have tried our number here...
Anyway, I have a nasty headache. Not a migraine, since I'm able to stay up and keep working. But it's affecting my vision and seems to be in back of my eyes. I guess I should go rest them.
Working on that spreadsheet I started yesterday. The first work I do on that is always the most complicated and time consuming. Then I sit around and wait for people to respond... which people are very bad at. Do you all notice how people don't answer your phone calls or rarely pick up the phone to answer? It's annoying when I'm trying to get something accomplished. I've noticed even businesses are like this now with no receptionist answering, but automated phone systems that go straight to voice mail. Blek!
Ok, back to it. I sure wish this pain reliever would work.
