Back from church. The drive back into the neighbourhood went smoothly. I just looked out now, and traffic is backed up in front of our building for 3 blocks in one direction, 2 in the other. Yesterday, residents reported driving down the wrong side of the street because the 4 blocks of stopped traffic waiting to make an illegal turn was stopping them from getting home.

I stripped the bed and have laundry on now. Plus a mattress pad and heavier weight duvet on the balcony in baskets, airing since they get stale smelling in the plastic storage bags.

Now to slip laundry and start zone chores in the office.

Way to go K in C!
Online church is over.
I have put my food in the oven for lunch.
Had some tea for a cold.
Taking it easy today again. Sigh.
I texted my kids a check in.

I watched the last of my team win.
Then walked the dog.
Doing better after talking with my sis about doing breath exercises to help
keep lungs cleared out.
Dinner was leftovers from lunch.
I too it easy this afternoon.
Death in extended family [ex - inlaw] not totally unexpected.
Let them know I was not going to Bible study Mon. to rest and continue to recoup.
I will let the other group know tomorrow.

First things first: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR BOARD TWINS, CATHY & SUNNY. Hope both of you have had superior days.

I've been on the move ever since I got up before 8am. Dneighbor came over about 9 I think and we began dismantling our RV. She brought her S hark vacuum and did all our floors, and took out any screens and washed all our windows. We moved: the table & chairs set, my recliner, Dh's recliner, his chairside stand, the desk and all its paraphenalia, 3 sets of drawers that were stacked beside the desk are now on the bottom shelf of the computer desk. There were lots and lots of little things for me to settle after she left. But oh, it looks so much better. Then I had no power to my computer or anything on this wall. Dh finally discovered that our GFI had kicked off for some reason.

I'm really tired and have done little. I'll come back later....hopefully.

waving hello.

it's been a difficult day for dd younger but she feels better now. D brother is driving down now that 75 is open again. thank goodness. Mom was not being a dear today and I had to be straight forward which she didn't appreciate but it had to be done. ooo she was something else.
The man that stayed with them left today. praying for his happiness and that he gets care. (hoping he gets therapy for what he has gone through).

dd older is making dinner and she made some more pumpkin cookies for breakfast this week.
decorated with fall decorations.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Happy Birthday Cathy! Enjoy your day with your family!

Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes. :) It is busy but pleasant here today. Everyone is home except dgrson who will be here after work. Dson and ddil are making dinner and dson baked a cake.

I think dsis still does not have internet yet. She did text me a picture of the front yard and street, full of water! She says it's like having a lake front villa!

Dinner is just about finished, see you all soon.

I would not make a good pioneer. I do not like life without the internet. I'm thankful they were able to replace the lines that were destroyed by the fire.

DH has been with his DMom most of the day and will stay all night with her. Today the hospice nurse told him that DMIL will pass in the next couple of days.

DS14 sold another of his motorcycles today. A buyer from the internet bought it. This is the first buy/sell transaction that DS14 took a loss. He paid too much for it and couldn't make a profit. #LifeLessons.

I am going to get DD11 into the shower and then do PM cards. I am ready for this day to be over.
