Yup Harmony…same here with our computer and TV. It’s their equipment not you. We have an over the air wire that Sweetie rigs up when this happens and not he’s talking abt putting an antenna in our attic. We did this in our home in AZ because of Sweeties ham radio and attached our tv to it as well.

At least the Wimbledon finals will be on NBC this weekend and if our service goes out I can at least watch it over the air

Lunch time arrived before I had food prepared. oops. I grabbed one of the emergency meals (frozen chicken nuggets) and cooked them in the air fryer. Lunch was served in 20 minutes.

I am doing well with reestablish daily habits. It takes hourly effort to learn to keep them in my thoughts all through the day. I know eventually they will become something that I naturally do without so much thought, but for now I'm having to put in consistent effort.

I got the rocks washed and on the patio aka craft area & dd called and came up we had a good talk. She went home with a load of stuff. We had lunch together here. I am pleased with my day even though it took a diff. turn and dgd will be here tomorrow. I am sitting aside some things we can do together here.

Our state broke heat index records today. 126F recorded in a town a few miles away from us. I haven't seen our town's official record for today but expect it to be 115-120F range. The sad part is we aren't in the hottest part of the summer yet. That typically happens in August. I raised our a/c temp to 84F. The thermostat was set to 80F but that felt too cold when coming inside.

I very much like a clipboard, too. At-a-glance. The big old type clips can be bulky and hard, although sturdy and sensible. Newer sometimes are like just a bar across the top to clamp and are a better mousetrap, for sure.

A do-it-yourself clipboard can be made quickly on the spur of the moment with a (school/office supply) folder and a few larger paper clips. That has helped me several times in a pinch. And inside in the pockets, related papers can be tucked.

Today's appt was long and tiring. Stopped by a Thai place to take a late lunch home because other plans were out the window by the time we could leave.

Yet another appt in the morning, leaving by 8:30. This one at a greater distance.

What would I do without bananas. I've gotten so I take one in my purse whenever the morning contains an appt.
