Well, those raspberries of Cathy's - or any new or rare produce that you are able to get into your diet - would be my self-care tip. Our cells say, "Hurray! interesting nutrition!" and the addition of variety may well fill in needs we don't even know would be nice to fill.
It's a birthing day for me - dd is 26.
Aside from laundry, now on 2nd load, I'm not getting a lot of progress in. Dailies are continuing, though. Kitchen looks ready for something, although nothing very ambitious planned.
Listening for phone, etc. Sure do wish info would come before everyone goes home for the weekend.
For some reason, our weather here looks pleasant for a week ahead. Low 80s when you might have thought the intense heat would have continued. I guess we'll climb to discomfort later.

Re: Feel-Good Friday PWYC
I did some writing remembered what LH fam. called puddin' cake was actually a dump cake instead of pie.
My mom did cobbler like a sweet pancake topping over fruit.
I like the crumb top kind oats flour b. sug. cinn, & pie filling fruit Andy kind warm with van. ice cream great for teens.
Not that it's okay to have now but I can write about it.
Not sure I'll put that recipe in it as the kids do not eat that but I have a page left blank for that.
One time dsis wanted my recipe it was on the flour sack, I think for pie or sweat bread banana,
She said oh I have that in my cupboard saved us both a lot of work writing LOL!
Self care tip is write it out!
Soft music before bed or nap time.
I am feeling some better so that helps.
