Lucylee…ditto to all the other words of wisdom. If your gkids are fine about not going then that should easy your mind.

Well I went to the store and came back just like LadyM with more than I planned on, but there were things on BOGO free that I needed so count that as a win.

When I got home and started to get out of the car, I noticed my floor mat was full of sand and dirt, so after I unloaded my grocery, but before I put them away, I took my vacuum cleaner outside and vacuumed out the car!

Once that was done, I came in and out away my groceries. Had good music on and decided to wrap some meat and left over soup up and put it in the freezer. And since my vacuum cleaner was out, I took off all the cushions on my couch and loveseat and cleaned both inside and out

Can you tell I’m feeling good!

CI ..... I have the clothes in the dryer, some I hung on the deck rail is dry.
The book bag it great and free of unwanted fragrance so far and I"m drying it outside on the deck inverted over a chair.
Happy to have that task nearly done now.
Ate my lunch.
Back back is dry and I put a clean old towel in it so it will have the right shape now yea!

I decided to go to Walmart after lunch. What a mistake. People hanging around the door asking for money/cigarettes. Lots of sreechy kids inside, while I looked at both parents looking at their phones, etc. Lineups. Dh has an appointment near the hospital tomorrow for a possible procedure next Wednesday.

Found out our neighbour across the street had a heart attack last Friday. Today he's on his riding mower doing his grass. Another friend from my past died last Friday.

We are having BBQ chicken leg quarters for supper, but instead of putting BBQ sauce on them, I'm putting butter chicken sauce and I will make a packet of Basmati rice to go with the chicken.

Ds called and of course, said the same thing.

Cathy, I'm so sorry about your friend's death, and your neighbor's heart attack -- but my goodness, he seems to be making a great recovery! I hope all goes well with your dh tomorrow!

* s2s, did Bible reading -- it was 3:00 pm, but it was done.
* went to eat with ds and dgrands
* asked dgs to be sure and tell me if a game comes up that he DOES really want to see
* put tickets "on sale" with my family chat -- one cousin may be interested -- several asked for notice if I have tickets for future games
* s/s bathrooms
