Coming back through after body work. He worked on my forearm, wrist and hand, at one point getting a "pop" from a joint.

I need to leave for workout by 1:40. I need to eat something between now and then and need to work on proofing article. And right now I don't particularly want to proof it. But I will.

Back from errands learned one I used today had no break lites but did have a signal.
At the first stop a guy pulled in the parking lot and told me.
So I' finished up the other errand on the way home no one was behind me parking it till I get some input and
figure that out. Glad for two small errands done before it's to late in the day and before the heat on the weekend.

A bit of food went in the wrong pipe coughing just a bit.
Sipping my 2nd cup of coffee now.
So working on my bujo rest of the day stuff...
duds next up after I sort em.
I have a plan for lunch
need to make up meat loaf but they only had two packs I got one left the other
I do not need it this week so not sure If I'll brown one up or go back and get the other one
and do it all on cooking day and just freeze this one up for later trying to stock up the freezer a bit before winter.
Start a meat shelf next up.

-----
Finished my bujo entry.
Washer twins are going now, I wat down to my last pr. of clean sox!
Got my lunch ate.
I have put some branches in the can for next week to go.
Got the new pitch fork out and used it to move the rest of the rose branches left and I have loaded em in the trailer
before I cut en up and put in cans for trash pick up in the coming weeks.
Red flag warning winds expected this afternoon.

------
I have noticed a butternut squash needed to have a bad spot cut out of it & I deseeded it and am cooking the bowl where seeds were, I cut the upper part of it for squash fries and am flash freezing them.

Coming back through. Workout was great, as usual. Not too hard, not too easy. I also gassed up the card on the way home.

Before leaving for my workout I got the first two pages done (of 160 in my proofing.

Back to work. It's hot hot hot again, will need to walk ddog but she wanted out when I got here.

So Lucylee gets two days for her birthday! She mentioned it last night and it stuck in my mind, so that was the first thing I blurted out this morning.

Ugh. I hate finding my errors! I'm through seven pages and have to quit for the evening because I'm going cross-eyed. Sending an email with notes on proofing so far. I have no out of the house commitments tomorrow so need to get through this.

Twins', happy for you that you have recognition for your learned expertise and hard work.

Nancy, glad that you had a nice person give you that info while out.

I got my 3 priorities for this day done well. Dailies all caught up. Can't brag much more than that, except some watering. Napped like a sensible person, not a long nap. Missed a webinar I'd considered, but I believe it will be rebroadcast later.

Call to dd44 - she's completely over the migraine. All the boys have plenty of school news, none the least bit the same. I don't know how she keeps it straight.

Windy a med. size less than three inches on the branch diameter is now on the roof
over the carport, blew a bit closer to the edge I might be able to reach it with my
hook in a stick with the ladder not to day of course. ;)

Ddoggo have been out with me for a pee break.
I had dinner shared with ddoggo she loves squash too!
Froze up most of it, got the squash fries shapes bagged up now too.

It's been an interesting day here today.
-----
Checking IN
That branch is off the roof de-limbed, broken down into pieces I can lift.
I'll cut it down more later taking a breather now.
Tomorrow I"ll try to work on using the hand saw if needed to break them down even more if I
cannot break em. It will be a great arm workout for me!

Well, I have survived my first birthday "celebration" without dh. I had a nice time with DS, DDIL, dgrands, dmom, dbil, and his fiance.'
It was nice -- I mean, I had a nice time, no awkward subjects (football concerns from last night)... but you know, there's always something missing now.
I did mention to dbil and fiance that I might not even go to a game this year, I just didn't know what this season was going to look like for me. They seem to totally understand. Fiance said, "This is your time to figure out what YOU want to do, and you don't have to do ANYTHING you don't want to do." She is so kind, and so wise -- as I said last night, her wisdom is hard-won, I guess. She is an only child and cared for her mother through early-onset Alzheimer's, her dad with cancer, and her husband with cancer. She is truly a blessing to our family. I'm so glad dbil met her.

Anyway, I'm feeling a lot better now, but also kinda lost without dh here to wish me a happy birthday.

After my very productive day yesterday, I've pretty much done nothing today. I wanted to vacuum, but didn't want to exert myself or stir up dust, because coughing has still been a pretty big issue. So I've taken it easy today, hoping I'll feel better tomorrow for the GriefShare group.
I didn't even HAVE three priorities for the day, much less accomplish them.

Twins -- WTG! Congratulations on getting this publication of your work. I know proofreading can be tedious, but soon you'll be done with it.

It was so good to see helia popping back in.

It's been a rough day/night here.

Dh didn't touch the second or third bowl of jello. He only ate 1/2 of the first bowl. He had the first dose of that expensive medication. (Boy was he MAD about the price "for 2 packages of this stuff!!" BTW, it was $52 ) He had no difficulty swallowing either dose. Almost as soon as he had the second dose, he was in the bathroom. I just woke up now and he said he is feeling light headed. I made him drink some apple juice. He said he felt better after the juice and now he's in bed again. Thanks to my tummy, I had to strip the entire bed and have a shower from the neck down. I think I got sick because I've been too stressed about dh having this procedure. I didn't exactly eat a lot today either. I had half the bowl of jello that he didn't finish and I only ate that because the instructions said nothing red or purple after the first dose.

The washing machine is washing the first of 3 things. I hope I can get to sleep after I post this and go back to bed. Now I've got all the windows open to help clear out any smell. (I can smell something, but dh can't.)

I have a bag with a change of clothes for dh and a larger bag for me with some cross stitch in it and some yarn. I need to put a book in it as well. I also put a bag of plain cookies in it depending on what the hospital has for me for breakfast. I am sure they will have a Tim Hortons. Most hospitals do.

Happy birthday LucyLee.
