Hey, all!

CUOPed the last couple of days, but can’t really retain enough to reply much except that I’m glad Harriet has been feeling well enough to do some chores, and we did not have a springlike Saturday but rather snow in the late afternoon — poor DH! I asked if he could drive me to the grocery store pharmacy to pick up a couple of prescriptions after we did the live stream. Well, it started snowing as we left for church, and by the time we got out, the snow was falling like a heavy rain. (Thankfully, it was not an actual rain — I’ve had enough of ice.) So he had to drive through that.

We watched the Puppy Bowl and then the Super Bowl. We missed one commercial we were looking for that had one of the Browns players in it. I was glad the Eagles won. Like lucylee, I am tired of the Chiefs hype. DH pointed out that while the Chiefs did not three-peat, one young man from his school (whose name I don’t remember) did. He was with the Chiefs the past two seasons and got traded to the Eagles this year.

I need to make something for lunch. I’m hungry, but nothing (at least nothing healthy) appeals. I need to run DD to work in half an hour, so I can’t quite prep lunch and eat it before then.

I spent half an hour or so being regaled by DC about various orders and phyla. Not exactly a formal study session, but I think it amounts to the same thing. They say this semester’s biology has much more memorization than last semester’s.

So next up for me: lunch, take DD, and laundry.

Twins - YGG!
Thank you, LadyM. I gotta this this done. That's my mindset. Up to 88% done with one module left + module quiz, plus final quiz. These are pretty superficial, honestly. Must get 90% on quiz but can take up to five times, and 10 questions are basically the same for a retake. Sometimes multiple choice positions juggled, or changed slightly. Probably can't finish this off before I leave tho.

I need to leave for workout soon. I had an apple and pnut butter for snack, and got in s2s.
I am tired of the Chiefs hype.
This, and the obnoxiousness of some of their fans.

LOL, Mystery: (Revolutionary) war over procrastination.

---------------

I'm done! No final quiz, only the 10 module quizzes. Done!

hello everyone -

I answered a wedding invitation that we are not going to. I ordered the wedding gift to be sent to them immediately. I love that we could respond on the knot.

dh and I will probably go to the church wedding. it is an hour and a half away. Most of the weddings that I have gone to, over the years, are done by a family member as the efficient (all by computer education). - I haven't been to a church wedding in many many years.

I also made appointments - found out when the one dogs appointment is and more.
I have a physical therapy appointment tomorrow for d mom

Done!
One of my favorite 4 letter words. :)
Congratulations Twins!

House has been swept and spot mopped. Spreadsheets updated and my one daily game of sudoku are DONE.

The system to keep up with the 8 vegetables in ready-to-eat status seems to be working better than I expected. I ate out 3 meals recently which means I wasn't eating these vegetables. Real food without chemicals goes bad quickly so knowing the time limit is vital.

And I'm home! I got the deposit made on the way home too. It's nice to not have that DAR course hanging over me - I'd hate to lose the $ I paid to take it. Now to go order the dangle for my fourth DAR genealogy course. The pin goes on the DAR ribbon with the dangles on it.

I need to walk the ddog in a minute. I'd like to get upstairs and finish a card I started yesterday too. I hope I can do that before dh gets home. Our supper tonight is grilled chicken, butternut squash and broccoli.

I noticed a young out of town friend (daughter of friends) had posted on Facebook about a business called Clutter to Clarity that has "Body Doubling Sessions" which are hour long zoom sessions with a group of people - each at home working individually on projects for that period. Kind of like we used to do on the old board when there was a whole group working together with the timer going. https://cluttertoclaritynj.com/adhdbodydoubling

We have a flood watch - rain starting overnight, rain all day tomorrow and Wednesday, and another round over the weekend? Possible 6+ inches. Need to remember to get the garbage out tonight. I do have to leave the house tomorrow, but not Wednesday until the evening.

Heading out with the impatient dog.

hello again -
I planted my geranium seeds - if they grow great if not then I will try again. I bought Maverick salmon geranium bc they were recommended to me.
I also start Jerusalem sage yellow - I struggle with the roots that I have ordered so I thought I would try seeds. planted green onion seeds - I have onion sets coming but I might try onion seeds too. I have done them before and they were beautiful. I am also trying Mexican daisy seed.

I think I will start herbs next week but I might wait until march 1rst.

20 min. on the gazelle
BWTG Nancy!

Chicken and shrimp are cooked. After they cool down then I'll put the leftovers away.

Hoarders was mentioned here recently which sent me looking for the 5 levels. Hours later DD13 came home from school and said they watched an episode of hoarders in 5th hour today. She was appalled by what she saw on the show, which I thought was very interesting. I asked what level she would rate her bedroom. ****silence**** I offered to take pictures of her bedroom to discuss it with her counselor. DD13 was not enthused by my offer.

Blessed - reading about your seed planting brings joy to me. I have the seed potatoes cut and drying. They are laying on a tray along with the onion bulbs. After the potatoes are cured then I will be planting a few each day for the next few weeks. I don't want to risk losing them all so will stagger the planting.
