I'm not familiar with the Wey River, so this is interesting, Kitty. Sounds like your day is going along smoothly. Yay for an easy admission for Matilda.
I hope your day is going along smoothly as well, trissie.
Have fun at swim lessons, L Ann.
WTG on your TaDas already, Bama.

It was really really nice to see JT last night! And her dh CT too, though I was closer to JT. LOL! Although, CT is the one who tutored me in Hebrew until I could join a university level class, 2nd semester. (He got his PhD in ancient languages.) She was a good friend before they moved away, probably 12 years ago. I miss her a lot.

Dh is really stressed. He may not even have time to eat dinner with me tonight, so I'm not really going to cook tonight - I'll just heat up the rotisserie chicken that needs to be eaten and make some rice and a salad. I'll eat it with hummus. 8-)

Morning all. Kittykat I hope all goes well with Matilda today. And she recovers well after.

Morning Bama. Have a good day.

What did you need the dr to look at helian. Hope you get it taken care of. I'm glad you enjoyed your friends.

Morning lann.

I'll have to remember that with mom today. She doesn't always drink enough. Nor do I.

I have to figure out timing today. Should get moving soon. Plan is to go stay with mom for a bit while dad goes visiting. He wanted to go to a 50th the other day but it was the same day as grad and mom may have been overwhelmed with both and refused. I need to do some weeding. But I also need to do some whb stuff. My house needs attention. I am assuming dad wants morning out and I should do some whb there too likely. Have to see what he is thinking.

I did listen to a couple of those dana white on YouTube. Makes sense. I can spiral myself and make it worse than it actually is. It's not so much that I have way too much stuff. Some yes. Mid range in the drawers etc maybe? Lots of stuff just needs to be thought where would I look for it if I needed it. And then do I need it.

I really do need to start in the storage closet. Clean it up and declutter some stuff so other stuff can fit in there. Then dd room. Then the craft room needs shelving and set up so its not a dump room. I might have to make a neat space in dd room for ds26 boxes because unless he decides to go through it and throw out half of it about 3quarters of their stuff is now in storage till they find a place to buy. But once I get that done.

And dh just bought a small computer to replace the ginormous desktop that was on the desk in the living room. The monitor died so that new one is hooked up to the tv. Ds is using it for games now and movies. Making the giant desk unnecessary. Yay😀😀. My desire for a long time to get the desk out. Ds15 wants to paint it and put it in his room. Then to find some way to make it less cluttered with furniture and put the shelves up. The living room is what is driving me bonkers. Pets. Desk. Movable ottoman stuff. Ugh. Too much misplaced stuff amd furniture that really needs replacing. ... one day....

And then the missionary we had the other day making me realize ummm I have so much stuff and comfort compared to where she came from... 🙃

Priority list

Basic routines
Kitchen clean
Finish laundry all the way
Sweep and mop
Vacuum
Watch mom and start weeding garden some
A little whb at dad's?

Today's tada list
Shower
S&s both baths and finish cleaning tub area
Tidy laundry room and master bedroom some
Reboot laundry

Add stuff to dw and turn on
Finish tidying kitchen all the way School run

Glad you can get rid of the big desk, Lauralind!

I'm on hold at the Dr office. This is one of my big toes. It has a fungus problem - but also periodically gets red and swollen. If I smear neosporin (topical antibiotic) on the base of my nail and the surrounding skin several times a day, it will improve over a few days -- but then the redness and pain (mild) comes back. This is the 3rd time. I think there's some other sort of infection going on that I need help getting rid of. I also think the nail has stopped growing.

OK - just got through and she has an opening tomorrow morning which works with my schedule! :) Nice - since I'll be out of town next week.

Next:
- back exercises
- jog
- s2s and self care

More Done:
- booked dinner reservation for Saturday night
- found a bnb in Seattle I think will work
- dressed to jog
- made appt. with Dr. to look at my toe

yay for a clean kitchen, laurlind!
Your day looks good, trissie!

I've loaded dw, and a lol is on the way to the dryer.
I'm going to eat a salad at my mother's house where the crew is going to pour the driveway to repair the damage the city has done making a totally unnecessary sidewalk, spending my tax money - and theirs too - wastefully, to encourage children on their way to school to cross 4 lanes of traffic used by parents dropping off hteir children and teachers parking, plus general traffic, instead of a sidewalk with 1 traffic crossing that only is used by school busses for 50 years without incident.
