And me,? I am behind. I was awake for a bit at night and I think I heard the alarm news go but fell asleep again. Dh stayed in bed and let me sleep till 6. Now I should get moving. It's 7 and I think I will be all thrown off if i delay my work schedule.

Better get a move on and get ready.

I kinda like Iron Man out of the suit better, but I can definitelly be Antonia Stark (did you know that in one of the Marvel universes she's married to Captain America? I could sure do that!

Home from work. It's our 19th wedding anniversary today, but I don't really foresee us celebrating it today. Maybe I'll put a bottle of wine in the fridge for later? I really wanted to leave work earlier today, but a major issue arose 30 minutes before I was due to leave, so... yeah. It's not resolved, but we have a plan of action and I've delegated tasks to be done during my vacation.

Hi all.
Happy anniversary trissie!

Wow, I can remember when you were single, time flies! I didn’t even know there was an Antonia Stark but you’re her in real life. As for Captain America, sounds good to me.

Just piddling here since I can’t mow. Lots of other stuff to do but I’ve made up my mind haha. Guess I’ll go work on my closet declutter. I did get a roast and veggies cooking for supper. They smell divine. Somehow I skipped lunch so will grab a light snack to tide me over until we eat.

LOL! Although, I did do a little payroll work this morning.

trissie, Happy Anniversary! How many? Perhaps you said - I just can't scroll back that far. And that's so true. Super powers are not never failing but continuing to try when one does fail.

Glad Freddie is done with his appointment, Kitty.

Our housemate M is getting bug bites in her room; we're not sure what it is -- but every time she gets one she texts us.

She's Gen Z. LOL! Dd29 slept in that room for over a decade without problems -- not sure what is going on. Fleas? We don't have any pets. She says she doesn't see the telltale signs for bedbugs. Mosquitoes doesn't make sense bc you can hear those and she's getting bitten on covered bits of skin. She notices them mostly at night. Dh suggested spiders, but she says there aren't any webs in the room. One possibility: fleas from mice as there was a mice problem during one of her long absences. She later told us there were crumbs in her bed from her eating in her bed and she had removed the mouse trap that we had set in her room. She found mouse droppings in her bed when she returned. She washed everything but is still getting bites. Or scabies? I just hope the problem doesn't spread though out the house.
