Still on first page? I've been upstairs, straightening up my office/desk room. (I never know what to call it! She-cave? That's satisfied in part my creative needs and the room looks so much better. There's still stuff stacked up that I'd like to sell, but I don't list things unless I feel like I have time to deal with the paperwork (sending invoice, postage, etc.) and packing and getting to post office. But the sight lines into the room are much better.

I need to walk the dog and get in the shower. We're due at dinner in two hours.

I have watered more in the back that I missed & picked toms. for next week too that was fun!
Took ddoggo out to the front on a leash as it's not fenced.
Not looking as lush as the back yard.
I will try to focus on it next week.
Planters are drying well I checked on them they are in the sun in the plant cage.
They look way better than they did before they had chippy brown paint on em that some one
had sprayed on! I did a shade of blue that can go with red flowers for red white and blue decor times now.

Hi!

Having monitor problems. We might head out to a really large store tomorrow to see if this one is just being fussy. Maybe I need a new one.

I'm considering this a good day. I got through the cards due today and caught up some that were overdue. I did some fun things, was brave in trying my creative inspiration in the kitchen, played in the garden, and overall enjoyed the moments. Focusing on just one hour at a time instead of the entire day was mentally and emotionally helpful.

LadyM, that does sound like a good day.

More tomatoes, Nancy - very nice.

Twins', so glad you got some creativity in and those "sight lines" into the room are encouraging again.

Oh, dear, Cathy, I hope the monitor situation improves one way or another. Very frustrating.

Ds called and awakened me from my nap. He wanted to hear about the day and also to make a time to send us a watermelon a lady in his work community had grown. He has been frustrated by his attempts to fix his two-decades old zero-turn type mower. Both our yards are getting scruffy. He will be buying (gasp) new soon. I gave him advice he had already thought of, but at least was a sounding board on the same page.

Pretty soon, our green-eyed boy and dgdC arrived on a four-wheeler with said watermelon. I was able to give dgdC a couple small toys. We enjoyed their visit.

I had a veggie burger with slaw and onion and went back to bed, feeling a little light-headed. We think a reaction to the meds.

Back in the land of the alert, I seem to be better. Smart watch fit-thingy is happier with me.

If anything productive gets done around here today, it will now be evening when it happens. There is laundry folding, and I noticed some cleaning I want to do in master bathroom. I don't know about sewing now, since there's no daylight until tomorrow morning. We'll see.
