yay on all your work today.

I am tired - we sent the helper home bc she really doesn't know mom or patients in general. Nice girl 20 years old and has a lot on her plate. I have to clean the house when I get home

lucylee, it's a study of a book, so go ahead and teach partly on what you think, things you (or the group) wish the book would have discussed. The study doesn't have to be exclusively positive comment on the book, but can be points about the subject matter that are interesting, whether the book goes into depth with them or not. Do you happen to have another book on same or similar topic that you could quote a bit, just to prompt thoughts? I remember getting well off the track of an author's "take" on things and often those would be the most interesting discussions. It will keep you from being the only voice speaking up, too.

Daylight left me and I set sewing aside until it comes back in the window! Also, I started making little mistakes, was probably getting tired. It's been a productive day.

Harriet, thanks for your input about the Bible study -- I'm going to tell you some more about it in a MO thread.
You are ALL very welcome to share any suggestions or thoughts you have about this, but you might not all want to hear about my troubles with this Wednesday night class, so I'll put it separate from our regular conversations.
