I was awake for a bit around 4 a.m., when my Advil wore off -- but I got back to sleep and woke up around 7:40. I got a good 8.5- 9 hours sleep. My cold is still present but hasn't gotten particularly worse, so that's good.

Today, I'll try to make progress on those things that I didn't get to yesterday. I think I'll do it differently and post todo lists by categories for the next 2 days.

kittykatt, the economy is very cruel to young people. Getting proper jobs with benefits is not easy, entry level jobs are being replaced by AI, and they are just not getting a chance to learn more to be able to get better jobs. It's changed very much even from when I was young, let alone from when you started in the work force. And let's not even talk about cost of starting homes and childcare for those who have young kids, which is crippling even for those with good jobs. I really wouldn't want to be young and starting and I fear for when my kids enter the workforce.
Bama, so - what was it, decorating or museums?
Smile*Lee, too much choice is not always a good thing! When my mom was having the bathroom in our old place redone, she had a choice of - beige tiles, or no tiles. It was pretty easy!

Hello Peaches!

Krogers was not too busy! I was kind shocked. However, they only had one check out line open other than the self checkout areas, so I did stand in line for probably 10 minutes. I had too much to go through the self checkout.

I'm home and have put the groceries away. I'm now waiting for the critter control company, so I'm stuck here until they come and finish whatever they're doing.

Hi Peaches!

Critter control has come and set some traps. I've paid them. I have finished the GGT emails and added time to my timesheet. (GGT is not part of my regular pay.) I've also signed up for a time to talk with the director next week.

It is now 4:25 pm. Hmm..... I think I'm going to go to WF next to get it done sooner. Then, I'll go to the gym for some cardio, maybe not too long since I still have that cold.
