Workers next door will take the old mower for parts, glad for that and I remembered the bag and back up blade to go with it too!
Got some of the stuff in cans in the trailer and had to take a break.
Had a nap and bs tanked so getting that taken care of now.
I took time out to rest and enjoy my flowers yellow roses in bloom was a blessing today.
Got caught up on my art assignments earlier in the day.
I've been knitting and am ready to get the next color on it too is fun!
I mopped & did s swish in the bathroom.

DH and I were not sharing well today. We were both trying to mow front yard using the same mower with the end result being that we were frustraing each other. Soooo... I just ordered another battery powered mower so we can have HIS and HER mowers and use them at the same time. DH can mow his way. I can mow my way. The yard gets mowed and we are both happy. LOL
After 52 years of marriage we still have a few things that are best accomplished using his way or my way. But trying to use both ways at the same time is a recipe for frustration. Both ways get the same end result, but these 4 things are accomplished by HIS way or MY way
Washing dishes.
Washing clothes
Mowing the yard
Finances
I wonder if I was cranky about the mower because I couldn't access the SHE board? Hum....that is a possibility.
I have tried 4 times to get this to post without success. Maybe the 5th attempt will work?

And here I am a little after 8:30 EST just floating all around through the village without a problem. How confusing. I'd assumed when several of us got to post say, 6 hours ago, that we were set for easy communicating.
I have completed one more pot of plants and started the watering on that same large bed I side-dressed earlier. Seems to be going fine. I set the pot, with tallish impatiens, in front of the sorta unattractive utility spot at our back door area. Last planting (two years ago) this combo did a great job of concealing the complicated-looking spot.
