March habit focus has resulted in averaging 30 more minutes of sleep. When added together that increase sleep equals about 2 extra nights of sleep (15 hours). Sweet!
I have made final decision on what habit I will focus on during next month. Once I made the decision and committed to doing it, the reluctance evaporated. I am surprised to find myself getting excited about it. I have started that habit 2 days ago to test how hard it would be.
