My apple tree was a 5 in one tree. They are wormy and not good for much other than animal food.
I do not eat fruit bc it jacks up my sugar too much anyway.
I rested and then went out and trimmed up some branches very small ones it did not take long at all
maybe five min. glad for that as it's hot out.
Some nice concert classical music was on and helped to recenter us after the forth and actives games
etc. taking a time out from chores & stuff this afternoon.
Watched half of an episode of a murder mystery on Next Flix.

Re: TaDa! TUESDAY
TA-DA -- believe it or not -- I have vacuumed the master bedroom and bath!
Also have the last load of clothes in the washer. Nothing is actually put away yet, but I can do that after dgd's volleyball game.
LadyM, I hope you've found the remote by the time you get back here. Re: the car beeping about seatbelts, Costumelady, mine beeps when I first start up, and if I have not buckled up, it does it again in about 5 minutes, but it doesn't keep on, so it is easy to ignore. I am trying to be more consistent. Until I was about 13, we did not have a car with seatbelts, as far as I can remember. It was a 1963 Pontiac Catalina. So I didn't grow up with the constant reminder. DH refused to wear one, and so we were lax with ds also. BUT... ddil is extremely faithful to wear hers and make the dgrands wear theirs, so I do try to do better now to set a good example for them. I know the importance of wearing a seatbelt -- I just didn't develop the habit in my "formative years."
I hope all goes well with LadyM's dd15 on the wisdom teeth. I still have my wisdom teeth. Dentist suggested getting them pulled when I was about 19 or 20 years old -- already married and no dental insurance. They have never bothered me, so I just never bothered them.
LadyM, I think I would discuss trauma counseling with dd's current trusted counselor. It sounds like your dd is doing so well just as you are doing now. I would agree with you about rocking the boat.
Ha! Must tell y'all what ds said once about "rocking the boat." We were discussing whether to get involved in some sort of situation when ds was in high school. DS said, "Everybody thinks they want to get in there and rock the boat. They don't realize we're all in the same boat together. Have they not seen Private Ryan? When you start rocking the boat, everybody gets sick and starts throwing up on each other, and it's just a mess. It's much better to try not to rock the boat."
Cathy, the man who mows my yard FINALLY showed up today!!! It has been one day short of a MONTH since he mowed!!! His wife is 90 years old and has C-diff, (along with emphysema and some dementia) and he can't leave her alone, so my yard was extremely embarrassing. However, he says he wants to keep mowing, and I doubt I could find anyone to do it cheaper, so I am living with it. OTOH, he did not finish weed-eating; it started raining.
But oh my goodness, it looks better. I was afraid for the dgrands to play in the yard, it was so high.
The men who cut hay in the pasture also showed up this morning and that is all cut and ready to bale, so that looks nice too.
I've got to get out of here and get to a volleyball game! BBL, I hope!
