(((Harmony))) -- for your VOLUNTEER work, too!
(((Hugs))) to Sunny & dh!!!
Harmony, I've been sewing today, too!
Hello to Lilac... helia... Indiana... Nancy... Elizabeth... (((Dcat18)))
Wonder how things are going w/Dee & family...
Definitely want to second Harriet's remarks. Poetic license is allowed and ENCOURAGED here in the village!!! We should never allow the RULES to stifle our brilliance. (Of course, I tell my students they have to learn the rules first; then -- perhaps -- they can break them!)
Re: doctor visits. Last time ddad went to Nashville to the specialist about his bloodwork, dmom could not go, so they called dmom and put doctor on speaker phone while ddad was talking with him.
I would like to read the Bible through again in a year. I have done that a couple of times, but then got bogged down the last time I gave it a try. I'm still going through it chapter by chapter... but VERY VERY slowly and sporadically. I was inspired at dgmother's funeral, (almost 15 years ago now) when I learned that she did this also.
I read my daily Bible reading faithfully, EVERY day, using The Upper Room devotional guide. I just don't get through the extra chapter(s) regularly.
I have a LOT of resolutions I need to make * and KEEP! * I guess I am trying to get a head start on December goal of daily exercise. So far, three days in a row, if one counts two miles (total) walking Sat. to/from game.
Hmmm... glad to see we're ALL carrying something for a change.
(((Sadie))) Such sad, tragic news about the wreck.
BIG WTG, MR. OKAY!!! 60 pounds!!! That is something to shout about!
Thanks for the thoughts re: prednisone, Twins. I did not call the doctor re: eyes today. They do seem a tiny bit better. Dfriend @ school said dermatologist told her never to use mascara longer than ONE MONTH.
I may try to call customer service re: the eyeshadow. If I try to use it again, it will be Saturday, when I can take it off the very SECOND it begins to bother me. Good gracious, I hate to start trying to find another shade/brand. Because even the hypoallergenic kinds CAN be irritating. The worst reaction I have ever had was with Al*may. Isn't that brand supposed to hypoallergenic? * sheesh *
The suspect right now is May*belline... chestnut brown... and I have used it for YEARS. * sheesh *
Well... the washer machine is beeping... I need to do some more Christmas cards... also need to organize some stuff for school tomorrow... better get moving. * Also need to exercise. *
