Very nice service today. DD was able to make it (had someone to cover her classes for her). Gd on the other hand was wretched when we picked her up and were on our way to her dr to have her TB Tine test evaluated. Oh well, there's only a short time left (we all hope and pray). Actually dsonil just left to go to his Mom's for the night so he doesn't have a repeat of this morning. He, too, is just trying to hang on.

This dfriend whose Memorial Service was today -they had a funeral in IN about a week & a half ago for her. Her funeral procession to the cemetary was over a mile long. She's a very well liked person both up north, here and by the American Baptist Assoc. Her legacy is amazing and quite something to live up to.

Have to do the Sunday bulletin on my own tomorrow. DSecretary gave me some notes today.

According to Me d Co dh's Spiriva was mailed yesterday instead of next Monday. Trusting that's so and it'll be here by Monday at the latest.

As soon as dd gets home from tutoring, dh and I are going to L owe's and to T Bell to pick up dinner. I'm sure that's very nutritious! Have to have someone here with gd (at 14 + 8 months) it would be nice to be able to leave her alone for a little bit. But we don't really dare.

Still haven't processed the mail but I did book our flights to Copenhagen and the stopover in Reykjavik. Because we are booking through the airline, I saved 25% on the hotel (which makes it still really, really, expensive, just 25% less expensive!) I keep reminding myself that the money we save by booking through Icelandair instead of Air Canada completely pays for our stay in Iceland as well as most of our stay in Copenhagen. So it is like getting the land portion of our trip for free! (The issue is that I still have to lie down a lot so had to book business class seat that recline - going on a regular seat wouldn't work for me.

I will now email our apartment rental place in Copenhagen with our finalized dates. Then I'll start defrosting my dinner so I can zap it when dh comes back with his dinner.

Thought I would make a quick stop here before the East coast people all go to bed! Well it's not really that late, but fact is I generally shut down the computer for the night around 7 or a little after. Get ready for bed and then climb in with a book and read until I can't keep my eyes open any longer. It has become a habit of late.

Today has been cold, especially after the much warmer weather we had been enjoying.Snowed a little over night but it thawed again during the day. I'm not sure when it is supposed to warm up again. Went to Bible Study this morning and had a hair cut this afternoon. Got in a quick time of practice later this afternoon. That is something I prefer to do in the morning, but it wasn't possible of course today. Never is on Thursdays.

So I'm off till morning. Hopefully will get here earlier tomorrow.
