lucylee, the suggestion is to do this (make a list, transfer onto cards) once a week on the same day of the week each time. Hopefully it becomes easier and takes less time as you go along and you also get some encouragement since you'll notice some concerns do resolve, either with your actions or just your awareness.

I exercised - a long workout. Salad with chicken for supper.

Hope the brownies are good, Kathryn. Fat is not much of a concern for me, so cocoa or squares, I would be happy. Love the aroma of brownies.

The brownies definitely turned out although I'll probably never get them to again. After all, this time they were put in a lukewarm and cooling oven for 20 minutes, then 20 minutes at 335 (or at least warming to 335) and then another 10 minutes at 350 because I turned them up when they weren't done after 20 minutes.

Dd says that success with a new recipe is science the first time, art after that!

I put info about the widening U.S. fresh fruit-package recall in Recalls and Alerts thread in Across the Cafe Table. There are photographs at the site so people can see the packaging in question. It's expanded to more than 10 food stores now.
