Sounds par for the course for snow threats this time of year, GMA. DD32 was making her dinner, dogged, on the new stove which sort of ended up like your Germane issues only with burnt pots and a messy stove. We need to see if we can make the new stove work for her. She is short… 4 foot 7 inches and couldn’t reach over the pots to turn the stove off once everything was hot.

L.ann, there are stoves with "handicapped" adaptation. The burner controls are on the front. I don't konw if that means returning the new one and ordering a different one, or what it may mean for you.

Gma well you probably want that shawl to be complete so that counts. I left my crochet at mom's yet. One more night.
Oh no lann. I hope she didn't get hurt. And I hope you can make it work for her you just got that stove.
The travelers should be a couple hours down the road now. Somewhere in the middle of no where I bet.
I'm at home now. Got my lab appointment. Didn't actually make apt times but the secretary emailed the teachers I needed and one has called me already. English is surprising me. Right on track of the lower end of normal. I really don't think their standards are very high but he is keeping up.
I can tell I have been away though. They managed to keep the kitchen acceptable. Floors. Probably laundry. And general straighten. Not terrible but still. And I'm not as picky as i should be.
Casper is happy now. We got a nice walk. Till the end when the neighbor dog was off his rope and the teacher called. Had to close the door on the other dog. All good. He's demanding attention now....
I should try and start from the beginning of routines again. In my house now. Between the two of us dad's house is looking better.

No harm was done to DD32, Laura and the pots cleaned up. DD38 picked this model on purpose so the dog and 3 year old couldn’t turn it on, GMA. I think I can teach her to use it. It is a meal she has made a lot in the past I just didn’t think about the fact that the stove is a bit different.

Poor Germane, indeed, laurlind. She has less control, now that she is getting older. I think that I have found the solution. I set up her crate in the back of the car, so that if she has another accident it will be kept under control.
