Well my day is going different. Ds decided he not going to school... he seems to have no motivation to be there some days cause he is not missing anything at all. There are days where no progress is made and he just gets frustrated. They don't teach enough material cause they have to make it the level of the slowest ones. No challenge for the academic ones. Why go if they're not doing anything useful.

I called the dentist and couldn't find a time to change it to. He decided to keep today. It's snowing mid April and rugby would be inside. So I juggled music practice to 100. Then I'll get some pet food stuff and a couple errands and actually get to the dentist. Meanwhile I thought h was coming and then ds stayed home and she was tired.. I cleaned the kitchen and swept. Practiced my flute song and piano some.

Leaving in a bit. Hmm I gotta go get the church key from dh. And maybe some starter soil too. Return some pants that don't fit. Etc.

helia, glad the tornado avoided you.
We had the worst hail storm ever in my life here. tennis ball size hail, plus wind and rain. My mother needs a whole new roof, and has at least one cracked piece of siding, plus mutilple dents in her redwood picnic table. We are being swarmed by storm chasers who want to go up on the roofs. The man who did mine last fall will do mother's. We have to work with insurance.
My car has dozens of dimples from the hail, so I need to deal with that as well.
And dfPS needs transportation to "city" where she gets eye injection. There's a bus, but it didn't have room today (although she had called ahead) or tomorrow when they was rescheduled. So I will take her tomorrow and have my car looked at while she's at the doctor.
I've taken a lot of pictures, need to get them printed, maybe tomorrow's list as well.
Today
I've been to "the city" to get yarn for prayer shawl I need to make for chruch, I've tried on work shoes so I can do some digging at mother's - I need to go to 2 other stores. That will be tomorrow. (I hope, I've been trying for several days, and always something more urgent comes up.)
DfBS also needs new shingles, and needs my help in finding someone because the company who did her previous roof is not doing residential any more. So I brought my guy over to her house, and she was OK with him.
Now changing lothes to head to the college where the is a commuinty public lecture about happiness and community/ relationships. It will reinforce how important we all are to each other I expect. But I'll get to sit and think about something other than hail damage and weeds for a while. :D
(this sat here for a hile, many have posted, but I've got to get ready to leave in just a few minutes.

So, I made a list - none of that happened...
Seems if I walk for an hour, I need a two hour nap... I took that.
Did my appointment, picked up random groceries on the way back. I'm kind of ready for another nap but need to do some laundry...

I was preparing my rice and vegetables, which drew Germane out of the bathroom. I started preparing her a saucer of turkey stew (except the rejected potatoes) with rice. She wandered off to use her pee pad. She was using it properly, but I could see that it was going to run off the edge before it could absorb all of the pee. I hurried over to lift the edge AAAAAAND she peed on my hand, the bottom of the pee pad, the floor and her own foot. Then she walked arond the front and kitchen. Washed the floor.

kitkat, I find that whatever I post as a goal, I usually do the opposite. I'm glad that you got a nap in. You are still fighting that bug.

Bama unfortunately our school is on the bottom end of ranking in the province and leaves a lot of room for improvement. There are no different levels. My son being autistic. One of the academic ones who is now thriving in classwork but struggling social skills. He doesn't like being off routines or distracted from his goals. When he knows a teacher will be absent or something interrupts. I can't make him go. And overall he misses very little. If he was falling behind would be another story.

I'm having coffee... the take something out for supper and I think I'm going to dig out my new shampooer with attachment and clean my chairs. Say I accomplished something

Edit--.oh wait I better go check on mom first. I told dad I would.
