I have mowed the back before the rains storm over head looks a bit ominous front can wait.
That main part took 20 min. and 3 1/2 of the four bars of battery.
Earlier I planted 1 sage, 8 marigold, 2 oregano an early girl & sweet one million tomato plants.
I saw dill but it did not look healthy, and the thyme was not as big as I'd like it to be for this early
so will wait on those I wanted a purple sage but could not find that.
Got the planner pages whited out on the dates so I can use those months later on.
I have a plan for dinner.
Battery charger is charging again now.
Got 10K + steps in.
I am getting used to my new pink readers.

Well, I've sent out the annual signal to the butterflies and maybe hummingbirds. Vivid petunias project - check.
I hope they forgive that they did not get an invitation last year, and still want to hang out.
Had a bit of disappointment that the Hoopla named variety I thought I'd bought has turned out to be labeled generically. Hmmm... .. Could mean it really is an ordinary variety or could mean they grew that variety (which I'm so sure I recognize) without having the right to label it. Maybe by the end of the season, I'll have an opinion. As it is, I'm not giving as much spacing, because it very well may not fill in as expected.
LadyM, Twins', do you ever have a problem with mildew on Zinnias? That's the only disappointment I ever had.
Nancy, you'll have fun watching the sweet millions set fruit. I'm still thinking about that pink million-type tomato I passed up at the nursery. For all I know, it would have been tasty. But HRH took one look at the rather large photo-tag and was certain he would never eat them.
Cathy, we have such trouble convincing medical offices of the right way to contact us.
We had bean chili and cheese this evening. Small salad. I had a toasted croissant with mine and that was really all I needed.

The family gathering at shoe store (academy) to celebrate DGS29 birthday was a success. All of the two younger generations found shoes they liked. It was raining outside so not many people were in the store. I don't think we were noisy, but we could have been since we were all talking and light hearted laughter happening.
After everyone found their shoes we all started toward the front of the store carrying half dozen pairs of shoes in boxes. As we were walking & talking an employee ran past us and got outside the front door and stood there. It dawned on me that he might be thinking we were going to steal the shoes. Once we went to the register he came back inside the store.
I asked the family what we are going to do to celebrate DD14 birthday next month and someone suggested getting pedicures together. There were a couple of negative votes so I'm not sure that idea will be accepted as group family activity.
do you ever have a problem with mildew on Zinnias?
Not that I know of. Although I am daily picking off "ugly" leaves from all the vegetable & flowers and put into the firepit. I don't waste much time deciding why the leaves are ugly, but if they are different from the other leaves then they get immediately removed and burned.
