Kittykatt, that is quite the tempest in a coffee cup. You are wise to stay out of it. On a related note, but without the drama, my db has changed his coffee ways. I use a coffee maker with ground coffee at home. He used to use a Keurig with a washable filter and ground coffee, so my constant stream of coffee was a bit more disruptive at his house. Yesterday he told me that he has changed to coffee beans and grinds them for each cup and manually drips into the cup. I still have the K-cups that I bought for the hotel room on my previous visit, so I plan to caffeinate myself every morning before we go over to his place so that I can reduce the amount of inconvenience that I cause with my caffeine addiction.
