And taking a break, a little down time to recoup between them and your home is also a TADA.
I'm just out of tub/shower. For some reason I was cold inside my house at 75 degrees. That does happen sometimes when I'm tired.
Now I have 2 activities in mind
desire: sit and crochet, watch TV, sip on a cup of tea
household needs: get dishes done in messy kitchen
How about I start with relaxing with crochet, set timer for 30 minutes then move to Kitchen? Yeah, that sounds like reward first, then work, but that's what I'm going to do!

Cleaned up after dog X 4
Put away laundry
Put big drying rack
Put rice on to cook
Cleaned whiteboard
Scrubbed out sink and basin X 2
Washed a couple basinsful of dishes
Pulled out the dw cart
Loaded dw to run tonight. This is going to be a very satisfying one. It’s almost full of cutlery, which I loathe handwashing
Emptied out one bin
A bit of rearranging in the walk in closet
Put the dw cart away
Put away dry dishes
Moved the small drying rack
Mini grooming session with Germane
Wiped down counters
Set up handwashing gizmo
Set handwashing to soak
Took a nap
Spiffed self
Sorted dirty laundry
Washed handwashing
Walked dog
Rinsed handwashing X 2
Hung the handwashing
Set up the dw and started it running
Went back to sleep
Moved the cutlery to a clean basin to finish drying
Put away the dw
You have already earned your reward, for all that you have done earlier, Gma.
I went back to sleep while the dw was running. Now I;m going to actually get into pajamas and go to bed. Good night!
