gma, did I miss this, why were you on crutches? I am glad your dmom had a good 101st birthday. She still likes to stay active.

LAnn, Little bit is so lucky to have you - you spend more them with her awake than any one else - you are leaving such good memories. How old is she now? Puddles are fun as long as you aren't heading in for a family photoshoot and jump in it and splash the whole family with muddy water like my son, then puddles are evil.

I hope everyone's pets are on the mend. I know how a kidney stone feels I can't imagine that pain for a pet.

I went to 2 classes this morning, skipped my swim class because I was on a roll checking off desk things. Got 4 conference proposals submitted for 2 conferences. Made several appointments.

Tomorrow I have several things on the agenda - breakfast with the ladies, an exit interview from my job, Giving blood and tutoring math and then later going to exercise for at least zumba and maybe bootcamp we shall see.

bama I too saw Van Gogh exhibit and it was super cool. We saw a different one in England that was interactive art installation that would act like leaves on the floor and when you walked you brushed them away and things would appear to melt off the walls and recreate art.

Lauralind, maybe ds' cat had crystals. Whatever it was, it was a concern. What's for dinner that is cool?
Gma, I want to be like you when I'm your age! I hope I'll get to reach that age. Glad the party went well. Also glad you're off the crutches.
I managed a jog this afternoon, CL, so that made me feel virtuous! LOL! You're getting a lot done for being retired. A lot of exercise for sure.
Bama and CL, we went to the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam a couple summers ago. Amazing!
64* sounds pretty warm to me, L Ann! I'm curious about street cart chicken. Our curry last night was Thai with coconut milk.
Bama, that is super hot.

It's 10 pm and I'm rather tired and going to bed. I got the basics done but not the smaller tasks. Tomorrow.

Main Goals for Today:
1. Mom's Doctor appointment
2. Kroger - WF instead
3. Jog - just 2.5 miles

4. email reply to EP
5. Finally get that document signed for the NH?
6. Can I finish going through Mom's stuff?
7. Dinner: pasta with homemade tomato sauce, roasted zucchini and summer squash

Ds pan fried the steak I just picked up with his version of spaghetti alfredo. It was good. Feels like it cooled off cause it keeps trying to mist a few drops. And it's windy.

I'm tired. I guess I did lots today but my house looks like I ignored it. I should deal with some basics before I relax. Floors are bad. Litter boxes. Laundry. Always something to do.
