Kittykat — that could be — I was thinking all breads but maybe not. I’ll try to pay closer attention to what I’m eating. Regular saltine crackers don’t seem to bother me — I need to see if they contain wheat.

Well, yes they do have have wheat flour.

I know that ice cream bothers me, and grilled onions (I never eat raw onions). Also fried chicken fingers, so that is probably the batter.

lucylee, I sympathize. I can't imagine having to stand in front of a classroom with IBS. I remember abandoning a final test in college with less than half done because I had to run to the washroom. It would be so much worse for the teacher!
BTW, in the north, we preach dressing in layers. You can probably fit three or four sweaters under your dh's jacket.

I have taken the lasagna out of the oven to cool and left the oven door open to enjoy the warmth of the oven as it cools down. I want to crawl right in the oven to warm up.
