Cheaper than salmon... wetter than the desert...

You got lots done while sidetracked, L.Ann. I am ashamed to say that I just wandered offtrack. Still, the night is young. I can still get lots done.

Mini grooming session for Germane
Cleaned up after dog X 3
Cooked some fish for Germane
Picked up Germane’s food
Filled small slow cooker for Germane’s stew

Prepped potatoes for breakfast
Scrubbed out sink and basin
Washed some dishes
Did a bit of packing
Cleaned up after dog
Gave Germane her heart pill
Germane peed perfectly on her pee pad, then stood in it and walked around
Washed main part of floor X 2
Cleaned up after dog
Gave Germane food
Checked the stew and gave Germane a little sample
Searched the Vault Of Impermissible Objects for the bottom of Germane’s travel pen: not there
Packed the drawer of grooming for Germane and me

I'm done for the day. Another day not quite as productive as I'd like, but I got to all the "must do" things. The "would like to do tasks" are amassing and will eventually become "must dos". . . .I got in a jog! I also got all the payroll stuff I needed to do today, but I'm behind on GGT, which is technically due on Friday. I got groceries for dinner and got a nice meal on the table, although I did overcook the chicken a bit.

Martingales - I am familiar with them as (sometimes) part of a horse's tack - depending on the horse and their habits. I've never heard of them in connection with dog collars - but maybe same idea? To help the animal stay in good form?

I'm too tired to respond to everyone.

kitkat, I jogged the hill today. My toe is not very sore, to be honest. It's rather blue and swollen and it throbs just a little sometimes at night but is not bothersome during the day.

I don't think I broke it. Or if I did, it's a teeny tiny fracture.
