Mt The trick with that story illustration is to not come away with the idea that you can always cram something else into your life!

Finished up the first draft of service for Sunday. Will read the severely-edited-but-still-too-long sermon tomorrow morning to see if I left any sense in it. Pleased with the hymn choices especially since I only have 50 to choose from. And dh is teaching me the blessing they sing at the end of each service, "Bless this House".

Off to bed now. Dh left a half hour ago. Ds will be home much later tonight. He's going out with friends at 10:30. But he said he's sleep here tonight so we left the light on and the garage door open.

Raining hard here now. The towel I left out to dry is getting rinsed over and over again! (I put it on the railing I lean against when hanging up the clothes so that I won't pull any threads on my outfit by accident.)

I am wore out. I just took a shower because I could not stand to go to bed feeling as grubby as I did.

As I was moving R ubbermaid containers in the walk in closet I use, there was a large spider. It looked dead but wasn't. I managed to get it killed before it got away from me. That reaffirmed for me why I was emptying 3 closets to be sprayed.

Guess I better hit the bed. Dd1 will be home tonight and we will walk first thing in the morning.

Nite all!
