Blessed, so sorry about your duncle. He's in my thoughts and prayers.
Helia, I'm sorry your dfamily has lost one of its pets; that's never easy!
((Kthryn))!
Lucy, I liked the quote by R.W.Emerson.
I haven't read Aunt Bee's cookbook, but my dh and his three dbros were always hunters. My dmil had cooked, deer, rabbit, and squirrel. The one time I was there when she had rabbit she had also fixed chicken --- I ate the chicken!
Planners: In Aug 2013 I found a planner on sale - my favorite color turquoise - with an 18 mo. calendar in it, so I got it. It was the Day-Timer Family Plus, 5.5 x 8.5 size. I couldn't find the replacement calendar pages for it so got the Coastlines 2-page per wk calendar pages refill. http://www.daytimer.com/daytimerstore/m ... odId=13483 (yikes...long web addr.) It's almost as nice, but I like the Family Plus design better.
RRose, sorry you are not feeling well! Sending well wishes to all who are feeling ill at this time.
Nancy, your apple muffins sounded delicious!
LadyM, I like the new bathing suit!
Harriet, hope you get over the doldrums; we're supposed to have rain tomorrow and Saturday! Happy Birthday to dd you've taught your dsonil well!
Talked to ds#2 this evening. He called to see how we were doing and to ask if we would take dgd13 to school tomorrow morning. Dh said I don't need to go, but we'll see how I feel. I think I need to get out for a bit and that would be just long enough.
I wasn't sure how to do this either; here I am, practicing:
I'm tired again - going to lay down again. Good night all!Feel free to practice if you want and we'll cheer you on!![]()
