Thank you for starting us for July, LadyM.
My habits this month will be the same four again: pelvic floor exercises, sit to stand x5, drinking water and clearing the kitchen table.
Edited to.add:.I woul.like.to.get.back into the habit of a daily walk ( weather permitting!), which means making it a priority. For this month I will"count" even a.short walk round the block, as it's helping.form.a.habit.

Wednesday:
I've done my exercises for today: 1 heart

Drink 8 glasses of water: : just 1 so far, as its still early
Sit to stand 5 repetitions: 1 heart

Clear kitchen table once a day: it's still early
Go for a walk: it's still early

This looks like too many, but each item has been given extensive consideration. They are the building blocks that I need in this phase of my health and fitness journey.
Calories <= 1300 - Minimize gluten
Protein <= 37% 120 grams
Fiber > 21g
Paper capture & planning
Digital SHE cards used
Daily Project
Steps >7000
30 minutes of walking outside with arms swinging.
Hourly movement (over 250 steps) =>10
Workout with AI personal trainer (upper body, lower body and stretch rotation)

Yesterday, DFCW messaged and asked if I would like to go for a walk with her, so that was one habit taken care of straight away,.and a good start for my new habit.
