What's Happening Saturday

Post by Indiana »

What is happening in your area of the world today?

I am waiting on Peapod to come with my grocery order. They will be here before 9:09.

Then I'm just going to putter. One of the things is to learn a little more about Google chrome.

What are you doing?

Happy Anniversary to Mr. & Mrs. K-in-C!!!

What's happening here today is another day at payroll. If it's as slow today as it was yesterday, I'll have some time to catch up on several huge piles of filing, and some organizing in the records room. I'm hoping our cloudy weather clears up enough to be able to see the 'super moon' tonight.

Downstairs critter care is already done, but I still need to do the upstairs litter boxes, and maybe even some vacuuming (our down duvet had a bit of an accident the other night). DS is already up, and DH may or may not be up before I leave - he'll be spending the day gaming with friends.

This evening's "must do" is to sort out and file the stack of tax papers on the table. This morning's "must do" is to return some library stuff before it becomes overdue. Right now's "must do" is to have another cup of coffee!

What's happening here is it is 1 week until we leave. Lots to do! Today we are washing dhs SUV and I will mow here. It is suppose to be in the high 90's, so I will mow at the other house tomorrow, since it will be in the 70's.

The full Moon tonight occurs only every 18 years or so. It is 14% bigger and 30% brighter.

The weather men are saying for us 10:30 pm is the best time. The forecast though is for mostly cloudy skies.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MR & MRS KIC! May it be a very nice day for the two of you!

I've been up since dark-thirty and really have accomplished a lot. I made l**ts so I know which way I'm jumping each day between now and Wednesday. DSonIL just came in to tell me he checked my oil and tires -so they're ready! :D I'm doing lots of odds 'n ends today. Hoping to be able to help dd print shirts later on -though I'm wondering if she'll even get to them today. She's still not home from the RElay for Life. I'm sure she had a ton of stuff to take back to school. GD has gone 4-wheeling with a friend from church so she's gone for the day. At least dd won't have her to deal with when she comes home and perhaps she can get a long nap. She won't want to work on the shirts while it's hot anyway. So maybe this evening.

One thing I need to do today is find the extra keys to the locks on our cabinets. Have no idea where I put them for 'safe keeping'. :?

Managed to post some pictures in "members only" -once I remembered how to do it. It's really quite simple. The major block was getting pictures from my phone to the computer. Uh.....email them to yourself! Then I save them to my picture files. So easy but I was trying to make it hard!

I'm wondering too if we'll be able to see it, Indiana. Weather men here said that the best spot to see it was ........OUTSIDE!
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!

I noticed last night that the moon looked huge as I came home from temple, I hope I can see it again tonight. Good evening there, although my back was hurting while standing and I left pretty soon after eating. I feel bad that I don't socialize more as president but I'm just peopled out still.

Both of my kids are sick - I'm remembering that I came down with mono the week after my freshman final exams. Ds has a cold and said his ear has been hurting, so he got it checked at CVS. The nurse practitioner thinks it's allergies but he thinks it's a cold, lol. Ear was fine, just a little blocked up. Dd came home from temple with a temp of at least 101 and chilling like crazy. She slept off and on with me until 12:30, when she got up for awhile. She's still asleep, although I just woke her long enough for some Advil.

Quiet day here - dh has gone to play tennis, ds watching TV and dd asleep. Today the kids will do a grocery run and I need to make a trip to the drugstore before 2 p.m. Tomorrow dh leaves on a trip again - a couple of days with FL client appts then a seminar for the rest of the week.

Happy anniversary to Ken and Kathryn! How many years is it?

Happy anniversary to Kathryn & Ken!!!

What's happening here is that I don't have any idea what's happening w/my Firefox browser. It says something called "http://netopia" (with a bunch of numbers following) is asking for my log in, and it won't let me go to the home page or anything w/out filling in my user name & password. I have no idea what this is. Any ideas?

I'm so sorry Twins' twins are under-the-weather. DH is still feeling very flu-ish, too. He has 101 degree fever.

Waving to ALL! BBL.

Editing to say -- never mind -- it seems to have corrected itself while I was logged into the at&t browser.
