Good Morning!

The first 4 hours of my day have went well - not perfect by a long shot, but effort given to each time slot focus. I made a second trip to LO school because we forgot the envelope with his Book fair money.

I scanned this article on effect of NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis with great interest this morning. I have been tracking time according to being "up and going" or "down and still". I didn't know anything about NEAT when I started tracking my time in a different way a few days ago. I find this very interesting. Just being aware of how much time i am moving vs still has already shown good results.

I've been taking benydryl to help sleep because the sensitivity in my tooth (teeth?) has returned now for two weeks. It fires up at bedtime and feels like a lightening storm in my mouth for awhile. I'm not getting to sleep until 11:30 to 12 and I'm getting up later and getting myself started later. Yes, it's almost 11 a.m. - I have done at least part of a.m. routine and need to get myself rolling.

I'm not even dealing with the sleep apnea issues either, so I guess I am legitimately tired also. Long story is that my dentist made the sleep apnea mouth guard and it is not working. He is supposed to redo it, but seems to be stalling, and I'm not even sure whether he has the expertise to do it right. So I probably want to change dentists anyway...

Need to get busy, then head out to dmom's for a quick visit.

-start a lol
-make the bed
-quick s2s
-li&t of prioritized errands, etc. for later
-get Toyota set to take dMacs to PT later today

And Happy Birthday to our dear Kathryn!

Happy Birthday Kathryn!

I just finished processing the last of the okra. I now have an empty spot on that section of kitchen counter. :)

Also inventoried one drawer of the desk. Actually writing down what is in each place makes me pause and take a hard look at each item.

Thank you for the birthday wishes!

Twins I don't have your excuse, I'm just slow moving in the mornings! (And no whirling dervish in the evenings, either!)

I'm up and at it. Ds just appeared and wished me a happy birthday. We leave in an hour for lunch. Then errands, then I drop dh at home and go back for my dinner/meeting.

Happy Birthday Kathryn!

I am working on the Raggedy Ann room. Around the perimeter of the room and it is large, there is a shelf about 10 inches from the ceiling. Half of it is lined with my decorative/advertising tin collection and the other half is Raggedy Ann dolls, etc. I really didn't want to tackle it, but they had been sitting there for 1 year and 9 months without being touched. Afterall, you can't see the dust! That being said, if dsisil turned on the ceiling fan without me dusting up there, she may have had an asthma attack and she doesn't have asthma. So I jumped in there and did it. I sat the timer for 15 minutes and planned to divide each wall into 2 sections. I ended up being able to finish the whole wall in 15 minutes or a little over. So what I thought was a 2 hour job, was in fact just a little over an hour. Glad to have it done.

Better do some more in there. I need to pick up dgd3 in an hour. It is dance lessons again.

:D Good Morning, Villagers! :D

I'm up, s2s, shampooed, and ready to finish 3 letters and start back on an unfinished story. It's cloudy, but will burn off to be a sunny day in the 80's. :D DH is going to Costco and a grocery store today.

:D :D HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KATHRYN!!! :D :D
