april spring

As you know we have been through a lot as so many of has especially in the last couple weeks. But coming out of the heartache that happens or stress also comes a new beginning. I have felt incredibly blessed by all those around me and the beauty of the world and the positiveness that spring offers. Every day is a blessing.

So in the heart of it all I know we can all move forward what ever life is like at this moment. spring promises us new beginnings, and beauty and appreciation. We are meant to live and enjoy the moment. I feel being here has helped me with goals to have a better life, besides the wonderful women here. Routines are a blessing (who said that). dejunking a huge gift for your family and to yourself.

So back to routines and cardfile, and future blessings.

Even with times are tough I have found I can do at least 1 thing plus so much more a day.

YOu all are great and should celebrate that even if everything is not perfectly done you are wonderful where ever you are right now. celebrating life is a blessing!

well already it is april 5th. how did that happen.

main goals today: exercise

grocery shopping

drop of receipts for brother

ready for week

trying to plan ahead.

-empty refridgerator (as we were gone the last 2 weeks so it is time to start fresh)
-start a load of laundry

call orthodonist and apologize for missing appointment while at Ddad's funeral.

today: is room by room

check in 8:55 am.
-heading out to garage and pull donations and garbage. ]
-daily and weekly kitchen cards pulled:
10:15 check in: dishwasher mt. refilled a bit, tossed out of refridge., soaking counters, quick toss out of pencil drawer
11:06 check in: talked to dmom, counters cleaned, papers gone through (some), cleaned toaster
12:07 check in: vacuum floor and then hand wash it.
1:37 watched how clean is your house for inspiration, had lunch, cleaned kitchen table, cleaned some fingerprints, cleaned appliance fronts, cleaned out a couple things again out of refridg.
2:12 swept and vacuumed family room. boy it needs washing. dog hair from the last 3 weeks has taken over it seems.
3:39 home

5:12 need to still wash floors
swiped much needed sinks in girls bathroom
need to make dinner

Hi Nancy so good to see you.

I am fine, spoke to my dmom and she is doing fine too. she only had one moment that was hard. the peace be with you at our church was the place where ddad would give her kiss and tell her he loved her. She said that was hard but she is okay.
OUr family tends to be pretty positive about appreaciating the day and the life of others, so I think that really helps a lot.

by the way great job on your donations! I bet that felt great! I also heard you will be getting nice weather. HOw nice is that especially when you enjoy working outside!

I was proud of myself yesterday for getting some assemblence of routine together. my kitchen looks like I never touched it, (i didn't clean up from last nights dinner), and everyones stuff has been left out. but back to square one.

today I will be here only as I have tons of homework and I have school.

so:

me: pull daily cards and try to do all of them.
pull menu card and put together nice dinner.
after eating out so much we got spoiled to those really nice dinners

dejunking today: yesterday I got rid of the drawers in garage so today I will put the salt melting stuff on bottom shelf of garage. also toss more. I tossed the water guns of girls and will buy 2 new ones as the others were malfunctioning. dgirls always have water fights (even at their age) together

none of my winter things fit as well
as my summer clothing.
Got out one long line swimsuit top for mowing in.
I must remember sunscreen.
