Today must be a good day to tell two-by-two stories or build 2x2 projects or remember wedding aisles!
Oh, Twins', there you are. If you have a better start, please start it! I'll take my two and bow out!
Today's date is a Universal Palindrome, which, to me, means we get a shared experience with people all over our world. Those who don't share a smidgen of language with us still share the interest in the date, and maybe we smile over the same thing today, united in amusement.
Have you ever thought back to someone with whom you may have linked arms as a member of a wedding party, trying to walk slowly, walk in time with everyone else, not be too familiar, hope nobody faints, put up with uncomfortable or fussy clothes? Oh, those poor nervous guys! Shared responsibility and so glad when it was over.
Perfect start, Harriet! I'm still having coffee and waking up here so my mind is not quite working yet.
I am hoping to be out of here by eleven, heading to rural county for research tomorrow. I want to try to get to the two cemeteries today this afternoon. I'm hoping things aren't too wet.

Twins I though of you when I saw the weather headed towards your area. Safe travels looks like your headed into storms.
Thanks for all the nice comments. Drapes are inexpensive and well worth my time to have Sweetie install them. Very few things bother me, but I hate the thought of someone being able to peak in my home at night while I’m up or awake. There isn’t a fence around my home and I have lived in a neighborhood once where there was an active Peeping Tom. Here some of the blinds are broken and I have to cover them with either sheets or cardboard. However my landlord is thrilled with my idea and since I can deduct the cost of the drapes from my rent I see it as a win/win for me.
I have some errands to run this morning and need to wash the outside of one of my windows. My son has something he sprays on his outside window and then can use a hose to wash them off. Going to talk to him about it so I can do mine.
I have my gazelle sitting out on my porch, but my master Bedroom has enough room that I can set it up in there. That way I can watch the morning news and drink my coffee while using it. I need to find my extra mop heads so I can wash the porch floor. I also need to buy some cushions for my patio chairs since one of them got lost in the move.
Off to start my day… have a good one

You're right, Harriet! Today is TWOsday -Tuesday, 2/2/22. Lots of 2's there'll never be 3's for any of us!
Never got here yesterday. DD and I went to Altamonte Springs to the C hristmas T ree S hop, R oss, and P anera Bread. We've decided not to make that trip again -much too much stress and distance on all the interstates, 4-lanes, etc, etc, etc. for what we got. There is a C T S in Rochester and only 12 miles from us -we'll save that outing for there. Decided we could find some 'fun' places to go nearer by. As it was we almost had a run-in with a big tanker truck. DD was following him in middle lane and was going past him -never did see the "MERGE" SIGN TILL HE STARTED BLOWING HIS HORN AS HE WAS COMING OVER -TO MY SIDE I COULD ADD.
Checked the Nashville weather report for Saturday night! EEEWWWW! 30's and RAIN. Rain wasn't forecasted until last night.
DD called -she thought she was having allergy problems yesterday. Might add it's the first time I've gone places and NOT worn a mask -not that it would have done any good since I was riding with her so much of the day. She just said she'd tested negative this a.m. for Covid and did a Teledoc and he says she has a 'common cold'. She's coughing to beat the band. So fearful of Dh getting it as I know it'll only get worse for him. We'll steer clear of her the rest of the week if we can. I may start wearing my mask in house a
I have finished food prep for the day. I am pleased how it turned out.

Continuing post above as computer wouldn't let me add anything more! Arrgghh!
as I started some symptoms last night. Last thing I want is for dh to catch something and not be able to go to Nashville Friday. As it is, dd will be cutting it close. Masking up for sure. Trying to talk dh into masking around the house as well -and don't kiss me!
I have a LOL in the dryer (which is now probably ready to fold & put away), emptied the dishwasher and have it 1/2 full again already. I've been procrastinating as I'm really lightheaded this morning and find myself dreading the (even short) walks. Which reminds me to check the charge on my F itbit.
I'm glad you're doing something for your sleep apnea, Blessedw2. I hate for anyone to have it -as I've said multiple times before it was Sleep Apnea that ended up killing our DShelley almost 13 years ago now. We have one close neighbor/friend up home who definitely has it and has refused for years to do anything about it. Actually the son of another close friend up home died from it about 3 years ago. Think D was only maybe 30.
