Morning… Thxs Twins!
Yesterday I spent the morning working on my office and accomplished a great deal. Then Sweetie and I went to HD to buy needed garden tools. Then I went to work cutting back some over grown bushes that are growing under the tree in the front yard. Eventually Sweetie and I worked three hours cutting and clearing the area. Funny it was 93* out and it hardly bothered me. Stayed in the shade of the tree while working and drank plenty of water.
Today I want to complete my office. I also need to do laundry. My back has six nickel to quarter size spots gathered in a cluster that have just started to blister. Can’t wear a bra and think it will be at least another 5 days or so before I can. Bandaids just make my back itch so I am keeping my spots covered with Vaseline while they heal.
Need a funny for today? Yesterday someone posted on our community fb page that her Roomba had escaped! Seems the power went out in her home and when it came back on her Roomba had run out her garage and she was posting in case someone had seen it as ran away. You can imagine the fun the people were having posting their comments about the escaping Roomba!
Off to start my day… waving to y’all and hoping Blessed get her list completed and Dee had a very Blessed birthday

Re: Thursday PWYC - Lets do it!
Oh! I missed that it was Dee’s birthday! Belated best wishes, Dee!
Now I want a Roomba just for the entertainment value!
Got the groceries ordered and am scheduled to pick them up this afternoon. Unfortunately, the weather forecast is now predicting a thunderstorm to come in about that time.
Today’s priorities: clean out the fridge and do some laundry (I’m on my last everyday dress and last decent pair of underwear).
Could someone pass me the BGS, please?

Happiest of birthdays dear Dee!!!
oh my gosh that funny of the roaming Roomba made me laugh so hard!!! so so funny!!! also too funny about the one landing in the pool! Thank you for the smile d Rose!
hello d twins - thank you for the start!
hello d twins, d rose, d mystery, d lady, and dear everyone.
cleaning angels are coming today - I will call the company and move it to every two weeks instead.
I think I am ready for that.
dd younger fell on her face yesterday. her lip is cracked open and she also hit her head - she thinks she has another concussion - if that is so then that would be number 6 - sigh. She has a swollen face and broke her glasses.
Yesterday, for all the push I had to give myself,I got quite a few things accomplished. The jobs were all little jobs that I picked at a little at a time. I am in shock that I accomplished as much as I did considering it was a huge struggle for me.
This morning - the ground is soaked!!! younger dog got into my veg garden and pooped ... grrrrr
Well it's a new morning.
dw is on
did some bills.
ta ta for now.

Re: Thursday PWYC - Lets do it!
I was out the door right after I posted earlier to go to the Social Security office. I can't seem to get the routing number and bank account correct for direct deposit. When I visited the bank - may be a month ago now? - the bank employee showed me another routing number on my check that he said is the one for Social Security. Apparently when I changed to that number I got it wrong. So couldn't be helped by phone because I couldn't produce the info re: the routing number I changed it to. Should have screen capped it but didn't think of that. Anyway, took ID and checkbook and had worker there enter. We'll see. I was supposed to start getting it end of March, and so far haven't seen a dime. Hoping that it's resolved.
Since rain hadn't started I took a chance on getting to the plant nursery across town - a big independent one. Got my geraniums (Coral Red) and filler to go in those. They'll replace the going downhill pansies on the front porch. Got a pitiful tomato plant - at least it was 20% off - but it will grow when the sun comes out.
So I can get plants in the ground this weekend. Today is rainy and tomorrow things begin drying out late in the day.
Five things:
-start load of laundry
-clear kitchen counters and wipe
-clean the stove top
-straighten MBR and bath
-sweep kitchen/entry floor
On way to plant nursery I ran into a traffic snafu - sign said slow traffic ahead and immediately it stopped after I had just passed an exit. I got to next exit where nursery was and got off finally. Looked online and at Waze and there was an accident probably ten miles ahead three hours ago. What a mess!
Annnnndddd, I'm looking for the BGS. Did you find it Mystery?

Re: Thursday PWYC - Lets do it!
I was up in the nite again excited about a project and stayed up.
hope I am okay as the day goes on.
I have stuff I need to do laundry etc.
We have rain for the weekend in our forecast so I am trying to play some fun things to do in that weather.
Like rain walk with the dog. BBQ at the church. Coloring sewing yarn crafts. Ideas welcome.
I am thinking of how I can mow doing a different direction this week!
Both Bible studies were cancelled last week but I am okay with that I had plenty to keep me busy.
Plus I have a few books going.
Planning underway.
Annual home ins. is dut next week so I need to deal with that.
I am enjoying my yard peek bloom this week.

Re: Thursday PWYC - Lets do it!
45/15 Round #2 done then I pressed pause to attend DD10 awards ceremony. I took about a dozen pictures of DD10 on stage for her 15 seconds of fame.
The school stage was decorated with the same theme as our VBS. I asked the superintendent who oversaw the decorations, and he pointed me to one of my favorite teachers. She immediately agreed to let me borrow them. After the awards ceremony was over 6 of us teamed up to take decorations down, pack and load them in our pickup. I delivered them to church for storage until VBS (last week of June).
