Tomorrow is get-away day for me so I need to make things happen today. I think we're eating out tonight. We're on an eleven a.m. shuttle tomorrow to ATL with a 3:40 flight to R.I.

So today need to get ready, need to figure out what goes, need to steal a little genealogy time if possible? I'm so looking forward to being home for awhile.

I ordered bagels - the dogs ate the 4 bagels I bought the other day before I could put it away! One instant of me walking into the garage and then poof - no bagels but happy dogs.

I had a joyous day working in the garden even though it was hot.
Today I am not convinced that we won't have rain. My work today will all depend on the weather.

I want to keep working in the garden but I am thinking I might end up working on my routines.
Cleaning ladies are coming this week and then I will call to change the cleaning to every other week. With broken ankles; I could justify having them weekly. (knock on wood to stay healthy).

I am going to have get dh with me on the routine cleanings per day and weekly. I am thinking of putting up the routines on the counter for the next day and asking for help.

wishing you all a wonderful day!

I can see myself going down the Rabbit-Rabbit hole - time to work. 8-)

I have taken a very quiet to the start of my morning and it has been nice.
I took a shower and took my time to start.
I also ran to get coffee - why not I thought.
meds taken

I am seeing tons of chaos in the house but I have to accept that it will get done but I do have to finish planting as it's best to get it done now.
I pulled my zone paper for the garden so that I can keep up with maintenance.

I have my garden plotted out into 5 zones - includes watering schedule, fertilizing schedule and weed schedule
1 - A,B,C,D is the back of the garden - Monday
2 - A, B is the flower and small veg garden - Tuesday
3 - A, B, C, D inside fence garden (right now it's just a yard) - Wednesday
4 - the dry side of the house - Thursday
5 - A-1, A-2, B, C Front of house. Friday
Saturday: repairs and painting
Sunday just enjoy.

water schedule:
Monday 1 and fertilize
Tuesday 2, 3 and fertilize
Wednesday 4, 5 and fertilize
Thursday 1
Friday 2, 3,
Saturday 5
Sunday - see what needs watering

I woke early @ 4 with the first birds to see the dawn of day today.
I swept seeds for some stretching and exercise to get my day started.
I see the squirrels have been busy and have more for me to sweep up.

Last load of laundry is in the dryer. X
Might be a good day to mow but it is too early & dewy for me to think about that yet.
Trying to get going with my new planning pages tweaking that so it is a bit of a change up.
I am working on the living room zone and pulling out books etc. that I am not using currently.
That is helping.

I am another one that had not heard that phrase.
Waving to all who pass through today.
Found another item that needed to go back into the the rec. room.
Lunch. & walk. X
Vacuum lr x
read a chapter & journaled.
mix up bread dough x
Used hula hoe on one area in back a small one that needed a hair cut too wet to mow when I did that.
Did not go to Bible study leader was on vaca any way. Sinus allergy issues today.

I am slowly migrating to summer routines yesterday I walked earlier..
Bread is done baking hose smells delish.
Moved hose in front yd. Picked up after some other animal in front yard.
Weeded around the fire pit.

Just coming to say I'm beyond excited! DGD27 called just a bit ago to tell me she had seen her Dr yesterday as her BP was high more than once. He finally ended up sending her to the hospital to be 'checked out'. Ended up she tells us they'll probably induce her within the next couple of weeks. Stinker! They induced her last night and our first DGGChild was born at 7:48 this morning -I was the only one who guessed right -a girl, 6# 7oz, 19 1/2", Gwendolyn Marie -named for her other Grandma who passed away about 3 years ago and our DShelley (DGD's Mom/our DD). I'm beyond thrilled that she called us but we're not telling anyone till she publicly announces Gwendolyn's arrival. DGD sounds really good! DGD is a nurse at the same hospital where she had dbaby.

DD was here and FINALLY!!!! got our cable hooked up -and it seems we don't even need the box they sent. Dh could have been watching this and all the NHL playoff games for the last month -if he'd only known how to hook it up.

Time to get back to work.

Mystery, does this seem possible -when I think about DGD playing with your 2 girls at our camper -that seems like such a short time ago. Do they remember her?
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!
