I had to laugh because I came across the Jump Around video with the Wisconsin badgers (football team) and fans. It gave me a lot of good memories!! I and the girls still love to jump when the song comes on.(okay - my girls jump around but my body makes a valiant effort even if my feet stay stuck to the ground ) Dd older went to Wisconsin and she and our family have lots of great memories from that time. (plus we lived in Wisconsin for a couple years - about an hour south of Madison.)

I was up on time did one stretching show watched the other one to learn the moves.
Got note for my one journal to fill in questions later on.
Had one glass of water sipping luke-warm coffee now.
Move pots to declutter contemplating others for the same destiny.

Took bs reading after stretching to see what effect it had vs walking. down 20 points.
Good but not as good as walking. Glad to know that info.
I feel better yesterday I did a diff. activity and did not feel as good as I do now.
Might have been allergies or a cold.

My bedroom needs attn.
Got my new prompt journal it is a fill in the blank type! Happy Planner one disc. bound.
A bright yellow cover very inspiring.

Yellow iris and lav. color new blooms this week.
Got fuel & lunch.
Mowed front yard & the back yd. Had to do it in sections & rest between. X got it done before Fri. Some rai in foirecast.
Taking another rest break to cool off 80* & 39% humidity not used to it.
Sorted planters got them out front to hose off before I donte them.
Got em hosed off & put in the trailer.
Glad I mowed strom blowing through.

I think I am mostly packed. Dh is making me crazy this a.m.! Can't focus on anyone thing long enough to finish before he's asking me something else. It's a nightmare for ADHD!

I think all I still have to do is water upstairs plants, take out kitchen trash, and start dishwasher. Trying to eat my breakfast - I burned my omelet!

Between dh and me, we've managed to do our loads of laundry this morning. He threw them into the washer on his way to work & then put them in the dryers around 8am. I took them out, folded and put them away around 9. So at least that's done for the week.

Trying to compile a grocery list for A ldi's. I'll stop on my way home from taking dd to the airport. She's flying back to FL and will be working her 'fun job' in Tampa Sunday afternoon and Tuesday evening. She's supposed to fly back here Friday the 10th. Dsonil has an appointment with a back surgeon on the 8th and a job interview at L owe's on the 7th. So at least she'll be there for those events. We're keeping DBiscuit here with us for the week.

Had a hard time sleeping last night. Kept thinking about DGD and new DGGD. So happy for them and can't wait to meet this new little member of our family!

Good Morning

I wonder what Cathy is doing today.

DH new CPAP has been a big disappointment. The first night it quit 3 times but he managed to get it restarted. We thought it might be an operator error, so he tried it again last night. Nope. It quit within an hour of use and he couldn't get it going again. He cannot sleep well without a CPAP, and being without it affects his ability to think clearly. I encouraged him to hook his old CPAP up and use it. He took a 3 hour nap with it. We will be returning the new CPAP today.

I am using every spare moment to study for my nutritional class. I am finding the information so interesting that I lose track of time while studying.

Been busy today…

Started laundry, did morning routines, picked up footprints … fell asleep last night watching tv so didn’t do it then, went to kohl’s to do Amazon returns, then to the $$ store, stoped at farmer joes’owned by Trader Joe’s I think… put gas n the car, came home and made lunch. Will finish working on the grill after I leave here

Our first tropical storm is headed this way. Sure Harmony and Sunny are watching it as well. Not too concerned because I’ve been through too many to count when I lived in Mobile and New Orleans…same with hurricane … but this will be a first for Sweetie.

Waving to y’all… need to get back to work. Gotta flip laundry and start a new load as well

Dropped dd off at the airport a while ago. Traffic was absolutely horrendous -lots & lots of construction the way we had to go. I was going to stop at A ldi's on the way home but it meant going right back into the frey of all that construction. I'll go to either Brockport or Geneseo tomorrow or Saturday -will see what/if dh is working first.

Dh was supposed to have an email from the new 'parent company' before yesterday. Needs to fill out new paperwork as they changed payroll companies as of yesterday. He asked again today if we'd received anything -notta. And nothing was in Spam either. Hope he manages to get his paycheck tomorrow. Supposed to be direct deposit so we'll see.

Taking dd's car back to her RV after we return from dinner (at the Pub on the grounds) and then bring DBiscuit here for the next week. DD's supposed to be in Orlando by 8:30 tonight I believe. The flights dsonil wanted her to take were just not doable. Hope she has a good week at home. Not really looking forward in avoiding big dog in our RV for the next week I don't think!

Home from the city. They tested DH new CPAP machine and it passed. They suggested the water container might have been loose and caused the error. I struggled to take the water container off the CPAP machine this morning, so I don't think it was loose. DH agreed to give it another try tonight. He will have both CPAP machines side-by-side so he can easily switch if the new one fails again.

DH is with his DMom. This is his 3rd trip (20 miles each time) there today.

I've made 4 trips taking/picking up DS13 today. It seems our life revolves around caring for older and younger generations.
