Relax! You still have two days to get it together! Life gets busy and sometimes we get behind where we'd like to be. We're here to support all as we enjoy the holiday season!
And thinking of Lucylee who is having a procedure today and waiting for the all clear from her.

Re: Happy Christmas Eve Eve PWYC
Hi! Thinking of LucyLee today.
There are also 2 other celebrations today.
Festivus! (from Jerry Seinfeld)
Tibb's Eve! "Celebrated" in Newfoundland. It's the day/night to go out with friends and get drunk, because the next 3 days you'll be "stuck with family" as December 26 is Boxing Day in Canada. I don't know much about this holiday, but apparently it's a thing.
I made tomorrow night's chili this morning, as some things are just better on the second night. Dh and I will be having some tonight as well. I told dh I am taking the night off from cooking tonight.
I was very sad, sore and stressed yesterday. I had a long nap in the afternoon after spending the morning in W mart. Arthritis was also an issue. My hands and hips were screaming at me. Stressed because every place I looked around the house looked dirty, disorganized and dusty. It isn't really all that bad, but I just felt like it was.
Off I go to knitting.

Re: Happy Christmas Eve Eve PWYC
Thanks for the important reminders!
I'm here at today's appt and they have me waiting on IV fluids. HRH and I didn't realize I would go to a different floor, so he left me for a while. I hope he's relocated soon. But it will just be hurry up and wait for him anyway.
I just tell everyone he looks like Santa. Someone will find him.

Re: Happy Christmas Eve Eve PWYC
Well, I’m here, and I appreciate the good thoughts and prayers. I’m just so aggravated about the whole thing… why did I choose this doctor… (ddil’s advice/recommendation) — and nowhere I am with her trying to warn me I might need a biopsy. — and it all stems from HER changing my rx. This just upsets me soooo much! But… what if it IS something else? So I have to go through this appointment at least…
Thinking of you, Harriet, also. (((Big Hugs))) and prayers.

Re: Happy Christmas Eve Eve PWYC
Checking In; we had rain last nite & I was aching ...
realized I'd not had enough fluids and did not get my cranberry beverage till after dinner.
Was in bed and realized I needed a baby aspirin a shower.
I went to bed early skipped a show I like the shower and aspirin helped.
I slept in till after six nearly 7 and it was just getting lite out.
It's a bit foggy here now just a minute ago it was not.
Did some planning got out my Santa hat for my walk later.
Got out my stocking to put a couple of things in just for fun.
Feeling better today had good dreams of helpers with
cleaning up the deck area zone outside.
Today's wins:
I've planned made dog treats & did up the dishes I "saved" for this morning.
Thinking on doing a Net flx series review on Churchill not sure where to put that ...
did that it's in my journey thread.
Had bfast.
Dumped the trash.
I have two classes today one this morning X ...
and one tonight maybe the CE one.
The writing one is on break.
I have walked with the ddoggo.
.
Waving to all...

Re: Happy Christmas Eve Eve PWYC
I’m out. It seemed like it took forever but my appointment was at 11 and I was walking to the car at 11:13. And I know they didn’t call me back till after 10:37, because that’s when I paid my co-pay, plus I went to the restroom after they called me back.
But it was VERY uncomfortable at some spots she’d move that probe to and I wonder if that’s a sign of something…
She said I should hear from the NP Thursday.
I just cried through the whole thing, not because it hurt so bad, but because I kept thinking, I just can’t go through something like this — if I need a biopsy— without dh.

((((LucyLee)))) ((((Harriet))))
My thoughts and prayers are with our DSHE's.
I don't know who I am today.
4:54am - Woke up and considered getting up but decided it was Christmas break so I didn't have to. Went back to sleep
6:30am - Woke up and enjoyed being so cozy and comfortable. I decided to enjoy the experience a few minutes longer and immediately fell back to sleep.
9:30am - I heard my phone announce the time and I shot out of bed as if I had been zapped with electricity. i slept until 9:30!!!
I love Christmas break.

Thats exactly what I'm counting on. Should I start Christmas gift shopping/wrapping today or wait until tomorrow? hum....Relax! You still have two days to get it together!

Re: Happy Christmas Eve Eve PWYC
Well I had a lost day yesterday so to a migraine.
I have time to breath and am about to start my baking.
Lucylee… I had one done a while ago and it was uncomfortable at times, but nothing showed up. This way the procedure is over and done and you’ll get the same results as me. Your new dr only did this as she had concerns about your health. Good drs sometimes do things to us out of caution even if we don’t agree.
