Thank you for the start, Twins. I am very guilty of saying I will do things "some day"!

Two anti procrastination tasks for me today:

Ring EE and cancel the digital voice landline - we haven't used it in over a year, and currently it refuses to connect to the hub, and I only have a limited supply of patience with recalcitrant tech! While I'm on the phone, see if they can give us a better deal (we are currently out of contract with both broadband and both mobiles, and while I'm happy with the service it would be good to see if we can save some money).

Spend 30 minutes working on my response to the DEFRA consultation.) I can save my responses as I go, so it doesn't have to be done in one go!)

Do you ever do a pros / cons list?
List good things and bad when making a decision.

Today it's raining the cons not a good day for yard work or out side stuff.
Pros did the outside stuff yesterday!
I could use and umbrella for a walk later on today.
I can do inside stuff like the duds I just started & sheets later on.
And mopping and other inside tasks.
Writing Day too.
Farmers do errands as they cannot be in the fields.
I have 4 yarn projects going got out another color the purple one had to be re-started.

Counting the outside stuff I did yesterday for my anti p. tasks
also the wood in the bin and leaves that I did as well.
So glad I did not put out the cushions on the outdoor furniture.

Having broth with breakfast as I've already had my coffee quota.

About 1/2 way done with the am routine stuff.
OMM round bread to bake up again.

Wanted to mention that 4 struggling churches combined in our town and it's 100 strong again now
in the Methodist building and affiliated with that one now.

Title works for me🙃

I’ve moved my laundry day to Wednesdays because Seeeties companion comes on Thursdays. I leave that day to run errands and have some fun with friends.

Sweetie showered and dressed himself with the clothes I left out for him. We stayed up late last night watching dr. Zhivago, one of my all time movies. Sweetie had never seen it before. The director and music composer both work on Lawrence of Arabia, an other favorite

I was able to pay our bills yesterday. I had to have a new program installed… I took it to a place that removed my old one.. Linex… which most don’t use and had Window installed. Sweetie used Linex for many years and used to keep it updated, but he no longer can remember how. My son is a whiz on Windows and can help me in the future.

I have several needed phone calls to make… some that I have put off, so today is the day to catch up.

Enistien is make his appearance. 😊

Good morning!

Gloomy day here -- foggy and misty, with a little outright rain, I think, to look at the ground. Still chilly.

This will be a quick (at least for me) post, as I need to take DC to school soon. I will be stopping at the lab across the way from there for a blood draw on the way home. I will probably post again from there as I wait...and wait...and wait.

Two raccoons in the traps this morning; I called the trapper. lucylee, they seem just to be in the eaves, getting in around the dormer; we've seen no signs of them in the attic proper, though there's a cabinet door that goes into the wall there that I'm afraid to open. And while I've got your attention, I agree with Kittykatt that 16 years is not a lot of time for a roof to hold up. Might there have been a warranty? (And if so, do you have any idea where your DH might have filed it?)

I like the start, Twins! Someday, indeed. And a genealogy cruise sounds fantastic!

Glad your DH had a good day, Rose. Changing operating systems is a big deal; I'm guessing you had to change other software as well? Or is Linux so basic that its apps will run on Windows?

Greetings also to blessed and Nancy and all who come later!
I've got my country's 500th anniversary to plan, my wedding to arrange, my wife to murder, and Guilder to frame for it; I'm swamped. -- Prince Humperdinck

This is a good reminder of this method. Thanks for that Nancy!
Making decision using this method always seems to help me. By the time I get both sides written down the decision become apparent.

I'm mostly on track with pathway cards today. DH is following me around which I find a bit unnerving, but it is what it is.

Ugh, are we going to have issues posting today? It took me several tries to open the village this morning and I kept it short so I didn't lose anything.

Anti-procrastination. I already have the Roomba going on the screened porch. We're to go to high 70s today and 80 tomorrow, so it makes sense to start cleaning it up a bit. We have a long way to go until pollen season is done here, tho. I'll try to dust out there later also.

Well, I was feeling energetic but now I'm having trouble finding the cruise reservation online. So confusing.
