Re: spring/summer/ season 2026
main focus - garden as I am so far behind.
pulling cards in a moment
planted tomatoes (most) I need to plant the rest.
did some watering
brought all the seedling outside for hardening off
mom is tired and sleeping

Re: spring/summer/ season 2026
with all the stuff from mom's house and all the stuff we have it's time to empty our house in half again. mom's stuff is overwhelming.
I have someone coming to hang up shades
the addition has a sound coming out of it that sounds like a outside chain saw.
cardfile work:
Pull:
focus: laundry room
Wednesday: it is supposed to storm all day -
I have donations
I have to call my dentist
I have to call a gynecologist appointment - not thrilled
call the one dr. medicine is too strong.
paperwork
have help: put book case and table in the basement
go downstairs and get extra chair wicker

Re: spring/summer/ season 2026
Joining as I tweak my routines for summer.
Getting out to walk 1st by 6:00 is my goal.
Got it bumped up by 1/2 hr. yesterday.
Today 15 min. earlier just a little more to go.
Watered first b/c of the fire & wind yesterday.
I'm hoping to stop journaling until after the walk next and go that mid morning.
Planning the night before.

Phone calls/appointments
dog appointments
Sunday: menu planning
laundry (has babies)
work for this week: garden, declutter, garbage, errands, etc.

Re: spring/summer/ season 2026
Was cleaning out a dresser and found a large long metal 3 x 5 box yesterday.
I pull it out and dusted it off.
I have 5 x 7" ones I had set up for the home.
But I"m thinking for more creative things maybe
writing prompts. Time will tell.
I am so glad to get that zone in better shape now!
Ho- rah!

Re: spring/summer/ season 2026
Had switched some things around temporarily this week in card file because of Tobias' death. Ahead on floors since company would be coming, behind on laundry, that sort of thing. Getting straightened out with extra laundry today, started yesterday afternoon.
So much rain that the outdoors has not been a pressure. And, in fact, such pelting storms that some plants were too damaged to bother tending so much anymore, just needing time to recover, so chores there are cut back for more than one reason.
I did well with 5x7s Nancy. I have more that can go on in my box of 3x5s, everything loose for changeability, but the 5x7s in a photo flip work well for all the basics.
Yes, it is storage week for cleaning focus with me. I did go at it with some vacuuming, but honestly need to concentrate more.
blessed, good job on an hour at a time planning. Enjoy your thrilling "floor work".
