Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 32min average 30 days

Hydration = 120oz+

Cronometer = 334 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1137 calories, 37% protein

Move my body in June = AM walks=3, PM walks=3 Exercises=3, 30-day average = 6126 steps, 11 hours with 250+ steps,

Better Bedtime routine during June = 3

Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.22% resulting in a total 15.99% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Lady Maverick can't you use this thread for decluttering as well as health ? I think daily habits often benefit from being stacked together
You are exactly right. The H&F habit and STD (sort, tidy, declutter) habits do benefit each other. They both provide mental and stress relief and naturally provide uplifting and energizing feelings (dopamine).
Since both H&F & STD already have their own monthly threads, I am using those threads to track the daily details of each.
