Laura, could you set an alarm on your phone to remind you to take your B12? A few months ago,.I had a new med added, that has to be taken in the evening. I take all my other meds in the morning,.so I kept forgetting this one. A reminder on my phone helped!

Tuesday:
I did my exercises - 3 hearts

Yesterday I drank 8 glasses of water - 2 hearts

Developing a declutter habit is my H&F focus in June. I will be posting daily progress in Sort, Tidy, Declutter thread.
1⭐2⭐

Established healthy habits =
⭐Sleep = 7hr 25min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 333 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1177 calories, 37% protein
⭐Move my body in June = AM walks=2, PM walks=2 Exercises=2, 30-day average = 5981 steps, 11 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Better Bedtime routine during June = 2
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.15% resulting in a total 16.13% body weight removed since 7-5-2024

My weight loss continues at a good pace (although slow) however I am noticing my step count is sliding downward. Weight loss happens in the kitchen (what I eat) but fitness happens from moving my body. It is a balance that I am seeking. Can I do both at the same time?

Lady Maverick can't you use this thread for decluttering as well as health ? I think daily habits often benefit from being stacked together... just my 2 cents.

habit 1 : daily floss ⭐⭐⭐
habit 2 : pelvic floor exercises ⭐⭐⭐

You are exactly right. The H&F habit and STD (sort, tidy, declutter) habits do benefit each other. They both provide mental and stress relief and naturally provide uplifting and energizing feelings (dopamine).

Since both H&F & STD already have their own monthly threads, I am using those threads to track the daily details of each.
