Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 29min average 30 days

Hydration = 120oz+

Cronometer = 339 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1194 calories, 35% protein

Move my body in June = AM walks=7, PM walks=6 Exercises=10, 30-day average = 6296 steps, 10 hours with 250+ steps,

Better Bedtime routine during June = 6

Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.23% resulting in a total 15.59% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Like most things in life, there is an ebb and flow. There are highs and lows.
I can see my numbers slowly sliding in the wrong direction. The slide is from multiple small things not happening because I am distracted by other things......a missed AM walk, not eating well, ignoring bedtime, etc
What seems like insignificant OOPs or lack of actions occasionally doesn't have much effect. However, when the lack of action & poor decisions start repeating then the combination can compound and take me in a direction I don't want to go.
I need to up my game by paying attention to the details.
