I made it through yesterday's stressful moments with minimum damage to my health. There are only a few days of July remaining so there isn't much time to improve the monthly average numbers. At this point I am going to be happy to not gain any weight. If the numbers hold, I will have a .3 weight loss for the ENTIRE month.

I'm sorry this is happening. It is painful!
Years ago I had this and went to a couple specialist. I had a mold made of my foot and sent away to make special inserts. That process was not only expensive and time consuming, but it didn't help. What helped me the most was finding a
Dr Scholl machine to stand on and buying the shoe insert it recommended. The relief was amazing.
Although this was my solution, I acknowledge it isn't for everyone. My sister wears flipflops (nice ones) year-round and struggles with her feet. She told me that she would rather deal with the pain than wear "real shoes". Everyone makes their own decisions.
