Morning y'all...
Twins I want to make a grocery run too, but may put it off till tomorrow. There is a winter storm headed for nj tomorrow so I am watching the weather.
I am suppose to fly out on Tue morning. The weather for tomorrow is iffy. Rain and then snow .... 3-5 inches..if my flight is cancelled I will just reschedule. Thankfully my retired life is flexible

. I ride the train from the airport to my home town which is near the ocean. Usually our snow accumulation is less because of the warmer sea air. I'll let the weather and the airline make my decision for me.
I will start my travel prep today as I get ready to watch the football game. That means laundry and rethinking what I'm going to travel in. The boots I was planning to wear only come to the bottom of my ankles. I do have a pair that are higher so I may wear them instead. All is just a guessing at this point.
As far as my cards go... When I was first working my box I did it as it was taught. Meaning if I skipped something I put it back. Later I had already begun to combined tasks into one card... For example all my daily tasks for the kitchen was on one card. I tended to do the missed task on the following day cause it just bugged me and I wanted to keep the habit going.
My problem in the past was missing a task gave me the excuse to do it again. For me making my box work was my primary priority. To be honest in the beginning working the box was hard for me. I didn't have the mind set or discipline to make it work. But I also realized the box wouldn't work if I didn't work the box. Remember I am very ADD but back then there wasn't a term for my inability to stay focused. I was just tired of living like I was running around with my hair on fire.
On e I began to understand and appreciate the success of the box, and hence my house and life, that in its self was enough to keep me motivated. I loved the results and it brought peace to my mind. My routines are now so automatic that I seldom use my box. I know what needs to be done and I just do it, no excuses.
Off to start my laundry. I see the camels' noses peeking over the hill. I need to push my "little" friends back. Enjoy your day and find some time for fun and laughter...
