I think my "Thursday Theory" was that I was so cranky because my china cabinet in the dining room hadn't been cleaned in so long. The last 2 times I did it, I only Swiffer dusted the shelves and put everything back. I worked for 1 hour today, I stripped it, had the ladder, cleaned the mirrors, glass doors, sides, cleaned on the tops and bottoms of shelves. DH put some china in the DW on china/gentle cycle. It's the medium plates. The larger dinner plates are in the wide entry china cabinet. In the dining room, the things inside the cabinet are primarily decorative. Whew. I'm beat, am sweating, took off my shirt and put a tank top on. I had to wash sweat off my face, my hair feels sweaty, too. Will shower before dinner or before bedtime.

A 2nd s2s for me today. So back to Mrs. Cranky Woman....

I think my china cabinet's been nagging me behind my back, because every meal in the dining room, I saw dust, dirty glass doors, sides on the china cabinet. You know what they say about an orderly home yields an orderly mind.

I'll put the other china through the DW, once the current load's done. Might as well keep out a stack, covered with a hand towel or something, to keep it nice for Easter, too.

It'll only be DD, DH and I. But it means I can use my good jacquard pink tablecloth to match the china. The only thing is, I don't have matching placemats. I have royal blue solid ones and emerald green solid ones, woven ones, and I don't want to use the vinyl ones for Easter. DD got us these cool bamboo placemats that are hooked together, like squares attached to squares, leaving square holes between the squares. They look pretty darned good over the blue solid color placemats. Since the bamboo are holey, the placemats underneath them can catch spilled foods/drink. Also, you can't see the clashing-like color of blue mats v. s. pink tablecloth that way. Now Mrs. Cranky Woman is very happy! It all boiled down to that china cabinet. It nagged at me before and after the window washers came. It's over now and I'm razzed!

P. S. I even found a cobweb inside my china cabinet going from the top light to the back mirror to the glass shelf!!!!! Ugha-bugga!
