It doesn't seem like I accomplished much this afternoon. I tend to be calm during an emergency and then fall apart after everything is over. That seems to be what happened to me.
DBro came by for a visit and to collect the OTC meds he asked me to buy for him.
I met one of the grade school teachers at school and returned the borrowed decorations. The decorations were bulky and filled all the space in Suburban. She was driving a full-size crew cab pickup with a camper shell over the bed, so the decorations all fit into her vehicle.
We are getting an ambulance service located within 10 miles from us! This will cut the response time in half. Although, there is only one ambulance so if it is being used, then we are SOL. Currently the ambulance drives 20 miles here, loads up and then 20 miles to the nearest hospital. If you need a hospital in less than an hour, then they call for a helicopter ambulance.
I cooked some corn dogs in air fryer for DS13 and a friend.

Stay curious. Challenge assumptions. Success loves persistence.

Oh my goodness, LadyM— I totally missed the post about ds! (((Hugs))) and prayers for quick healing!
Likewise for Mr. Dee and Mr. Harmony.
Dgd’s team won their game and we had a nice night. She seems like she really enjoys playing. T-hall is fun to watch because all the kids are so cute and it’s kind of a no-pressure sport, LOL. And you see a lot of people you don’t normally. People my age whose kids grew up with ds, and now we’re all back at the ballpark watching our grands play. Plus dcousin’s son is on our team so we get to catch up with them, too.
Off to Atlanta tomorrow!
