I did a task then went to a yard sale that was fun found some items I could use.
dd called and I listened to her and gave her some words of encouragement wise words and we laughed too,
She owns the fact that she is a drama queen I told her I must luv it too lol!

Had my lunch and now I need to think about what is next for my afternoon.
Ddoggo is thinking it's her nap time.
I put the eggs to peel in the fridge.
-----
Lunch & walked 98% of my steps in for the day.
Watching how to vids. for the box pouch I want to make for a refresher on putting in a zipper.
Bc it's been a while since I put a zipper in.

Mixel up pie dough and it is in the freezer for later.
Peeled the eggs also.
Did up the dishes.
Got clean sheets on the bed.
Diss-assembled more planners and put the discs in storage the covers and dividers are next to be put away and pages that will
wait for another day.

Such a nice quiet day here! Dh is napping in front of the TV, ddog is napping, I napped earlier with ddog (she's doubled up, or tripled? She was snoozing in the sun in the backyard too.)

I'm making chili for our supper. We'll have leftovers, either for the freezer or lunches or another night.

I can't believe I had to do a third load of dishes. my gosh!

d brother put cameras at mom's house here like she has in Florida. The benefit of Florida is dd sleeps at mom but works during the day when mom is great. Here she doesn't have anyone sleeping over - I would let her move into my house but mom would not like it. it would make it easier for me than picking her up during the day. She likes being independent but she can't be alone all the time - she misses dd's dog. I give dd younger credit!!!! I struggle with the strong and then nice parts of their personalities. He is a good person but can get frustrated and I become very uncomfortable. mom is the same. She is a bit

Brother thinks we should hire someone for the morning if she moves here eventually - he is thinking she may not make it past June - I think once she is back she will even out in her regular home and dd is there. I am thinking fall before hurricane season happens. Only time will tell.

I wish dd had her own place but she said she is happy as long as she gets breaks. I think I will go in February and April - dd older will go for New Years and birthdays. DD's friendships are so healthy - wonderful and kind young women- and dd likes her work. My brother will go for Christmas so that dd younger can come home.

put the veggies in the bones to roast for 45 minutes - then I am going to cool it off after removing the veg and bones, taking the fat off, and adding wine to the pot and deglazing everything. I will put it on again first thing in the morning as it has to cook for 8 hours +.

we have to pick up mom for dinner - I am making bbq chicken pizza ( no cheese for dd older) for them and dh and I a veggie pizza as well as a salad.
I have caramels for making apples - and I will give mom the job of making a tart for tomorrow. She loves her apple tart for breakfast. it's not at all sweet which I love better than all that sugar.

time for finishing up the kitchen stuff.

waving at you all!

counters are cleaned
sink is cleaned
girls are picking up d mom
I am needing a new body 8-)
flip flopped laundry
as it is muddy - I have to wash the dogs blankets again.

time to cut up red onions, mushrooms, left over bbq chicken, tomatoes or what ever any - d mom wants the bbq chicken pizza

I pulled to games for mom - she likes playing these games with us and I love them too. The girls are too old to want to play them normally and dh does not like games.

time to sweep the floors, and rinse the floors
clean the powder room before mom comes over

Sleeping, sad-sports Saturday here. We’re losing,
I’ve been sooo sleepy all day. Dgd had md doing pseudo-exercise/dance moves, then dgs talked me into a short game of baseball, and I am exhausted.

Rose, I may have missed your anniversary also! Hope you and Sweetie had a good day.
Tomorrow is another day.

Quick check-in before bed.

Pretty well ready for tomorrow, won't post until evening, if at all.

I'm just printing off docs now. I didn't get a chance to put together a slide show. Can't decide if that's worth staying up for.

I'm glad I have two computers that work well, I can take both and connect one to the giant screen and use the other without the room seeing what is on my screen. Yes, I know there's another way of doing that, but this will be cleaner since the TV is mounted high on the wall and in a less than useful place for adding a computer to it. Learned that last year.

Just remembered to bring the booklets we sell. Duh.

Late night post…
I’ve GOT to get my act together this week. Working in my favor is the fact that we are having people over on Thursday for ds’ birthday. So it’s not just a nagging feeling that I “ought” to do better. I really need to vacuum and dust, etc.
EVERY day has some kind of out of the house obligation and we all know that once I leave the house I have a hard time getting started again.
WHY do I find it so hard to just get started? I do perfectly fine with laundry on Monday, but when I try to put vacuuming in that same slot on Tuesday… I just … don’t.
???

I’ll make another new start this week… again.
Tomorrow is another day.
