Finally, at long last, received the bone density report from three weeks ago. Based on the surgeon's reports, I was expecting that I would be osteopenia as a minimum. The surgeon noted that my bone density was poor; that the wrist bone (what was left) was thin on the outside and not much inside. Instead, the bone density report was excellent. So my own doc is flummoxed. At least I don't need to start meds. I am taking some extra calcium and vitamin d.

My workout today was great. They always know exactly what I need. No pushing/pulling with hands, but leg and core work, cardio, stretching and balance work. Lots of weight bearing to shore up my bones, lol. I stopped at grocery after and then washed the car. There's still dead bug residue on windshield, but it's much better.

I tried LadyM's five things today. They were the four errands, and some stamping time. So I'm off to my stamping desk for a bit now. I have a Publix salad for my dinner, to which I'll add grilled chicken, tomatoes, a boiled egg and dark salad greens. Dh came through on the way to bowling, and I've walked the ddog.

I have nothing out of the house tomorrow and it feels so good. And I realized that the genealogy institute that takes all day Monday-Friday isn't next week, it's the week after. I need to figure out my to-do list for tomorrow but I almost feel like a kid just out of school.

Not at all a productive day.

We did go over to dd's to see the kids and then dh and I grabbed burgers on the way home. I finished one of the 2 magazines I had wanted to read while at the cottage.

I emailed dd tonight with dates for us to take the kids to the cottage without their parents. They'll come back again in August for a week or so.

Tomorrow I have a morning meeting and chair exercise in the afternoon.
