DS has just left to pick up a few last minute things, go get the friend that's going with him, and he's off. I know I worry too much, but yeah.. I'm a mom, and that's one of the things we seem to do best. Now I need to work on keeping myself busy over the next 10 days until he's home. Being back at work on Monday will help during the day. I suspect I'll be busier than usual during the evenings - especially when hubby is at work. Usually DS is at work then, too, but that's on the other side of the city, and he'll be home early the next morning, not 350 miles away in the back country for 10 days.

What to do? What to do to distract myself?

- deadhead peonies under living room windows
- weed flower bed under kitchen window
- water patio pots
- make bed
- vacuum master bedroom floor

LadyM… I have to keep an eye on Sweetie when we go into big stores like Sams or super WM. I sometimes wonder if it’s the lights in these store that affect him. Today he brought me two bottles of pills that were the same meds. I knew he had a different med as well but there was no bottle with those meds.

After a closer look at the actual pills, I notice they were not the same. He had dumped one prescription into the others bottle. He remembers throwing away a pill bottle but thought the meds were the same. I told him not to worry, we would go to wal greens and ask the pharmacist which pill is which and then get them in the right containers.

Ramblin' good call on that pill situation!

I have been watching some of my show and did some seam ripping glad to get the other sleeve
freed up from the stitching I'm toying with the idea of cutting it on the bias for binding one the arm holes.
Did a bit more with the seam ripper and then put a seam in a project that was an upcycle of a sweat shirt to try to make a vest
not turning out like I wanted but will be great in the basement if I get chilly. Glad to be sewing again.
I cut a bag to seam up later smaller.

I 've had some lunch just some left over shrimp that sounded good & it was.

Did the journals that needed attn.

My store has the pink stuff on the shelf so will try to get some next time I'm there.

Home from double curbside pickup. It took 1 hour 52 minutes to accomplish. I also filled the vehicle up with gas so subtracting 10 minutes for that. Also went through drive through for weekly Saturday frozen yogurt treat so subtracting another 10 minutes. My best estimate is 1 hour 30 minutes to do the curbside pickups. All the items were accounted for.

RR - I understand. DH helped me unload and put things away when we got home. I have to verify that all the cold items got put into the freezer and refrigerator. I found a gallon of chocolate milk that he put in the far out of way corner of the kitchen counter where we keep the bread. DH thinks clearly most of the time but there are times when he spaces out and does things that make no sense.

LadyM… yup Sweetie is the same way. I bought a new container of potato salad because the other one was about empty. I went into the fridge just a minute ago and saw the new container had been open cause Sweetie used it for his lunch. The old half eaten container was sitting right next to it, but he never saw it
